Disappointingly slimey. Offered a “free inspection” just to fail me for “streaks” on my windshield, (there were none) and they said if I bought a windshield wiper from them I would pass. So really, it wasn’t free. 10 minute sticker station is the place to go, they’re actually honest. Here are the supposed “streaks” that my new windshield wipers left lol.

Very fast and kind, it was a breeze to get my oil change and registration done. Veterans get a 25% discount on oil changes so make sure to tell them! I’ll definitely be coming here more in the future

Jay and his team provided most excellent service in my hour of oil change need. I was only 5k overdue.

I’m not even sure I was there 5 minutes before they had me hooked up and out the door. Super friendly techs and with a coupon Jay added, the price was right. I can not recommend this business and specially this location enough.

Oh! And they now give you a car tag with your next oil change mileage that has a $10 off coupon on it too!

Got scammed hard, paid for 5 liters last time I got an oil change. I decided to change the oil today myself and less than a liter of oil came out my engine. I'm shocked my car is working.

I’m tremendously grateful to the job these guys did for the oil change on my 2013 Honda CRV. They gave me the best recommendation on what oil to use for my vehicle and were very knowledgeable. Thank you Elijah, Jonathan and David for your professionalism and hard work.

They are quick and do a solid job. The email coupons keep it the most affordable option for high mileage synthetic unless you are doing it yourself.

This location is very convenient. I went during a busy time, but the actual service was very fast and efficient. The mechanics were in constant communication, verifying where they were in their work and I felt assured there would be no mistakes since there was a lot of back and forth between everyone there, audibly confirming when things were completed. The dipstick was shown to me as well, indicating that they did in fact change the oil and it was clean. There was a noticable difference immediately. Vehicle sounds happy. I was able to stay in the car while my oil was changed as well as fluids and air were filled and filters checked. I brought my own oil and paid $40. The staff was really fast and super friendly. Jo is the best!

Waited 45 minutes for an oil change to find out they didn't have the oil filter in stock so they couldn't do it. The worker came up and asked me what services I needed when I arrived, I told him an oil change and he said he would make sure they have the filter. He never came back so I assumed he had it, as I wasn't told otherwise. Waste of my time.

Guys were great and quick but while still making sure they took time to check every box. Got an oil change and two filters changed, they made sure to show me the old ones and the new ones they were putting in. Cleaned my windshield and also adjusted the air in all my tires to the correct PSI. The team working together were all joking and getting along, and they took me in 3 minutes before close. Would recommend!

I have used this location before, and had good experience. Service was reasonably quick. Price was typical. I returned 2/12/22 for a simple oil change. In 45 minutes of waiting, only one vehicle (that was already in the bay when I got there) had been completed. There was a second being worked on. Only one of three bays were open. There were two employees there, and not completely sure but a third showed up at some point (not sure if one left). So I wouldn’t say adequately staffed, but completion of a simple service at a dedicated service station should not take anywhere near this long. There was one vehicle in line in front of me and two additional behind me when I left. No one came out to greet the waiting vehicles or even give an estimate of time. I can’t say what company policy is, but I’d think even staffed as they were, they could be utilizing more than one bay in tandem. (Draining more than one car at a time, etc). Managers need to take note. This is unacceptable.

Thank you take 5! The workers here took care of me in a timely manner, not only did they do my oil change, they aired up my tires and even installed my windshield wiper for me! It was greatly appreciated!

Service was good and pretty quick. Little overpriced I think but is what it is. I know they didn't check all the fluid levels and top them or tell me about them. Think they could do better with making sure they communicate with the customer instead of just saying on the paperwork they checked everything. Otherwise it was quick but can't bring myself to giving a 5 star rating for an "OK" experience.

One of the slowest establishments I have ever been to. I say in line for an hour waiting on an oil change. There were easily 6-8 employees on shift all focused on ONE truck. I didn’t even get my oil changed because they had taken so long I was late for my class and needed to leave. Working in a building that says “fastest oil change”, you would think they’d have some urgency in getting cars through but no. I was told “we’re almost to you” after waiting for an hour and 6 pairs of hands working on one truck. Oil can be changed by one person. There was no need for every worker to be messing with one vehicle when they had lines out to the street.

I've sat for damn near and hour and a half and still haven't gotten an oil change now im no geneous but I've changed my own oil before and it doesn't take that long idk if there's new hires or what but don't advertise as the fastest oil change if your gonna take litteral hours

This place is now under new Management and I can really tell the difference! The new manager Mike was very Professional and took care of all my concerns.

This was my first time here and won't be my last! There was only 1 car ahead of me and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I had great conversations with the 2 employees that were there, which made my wait not seem so long.
