Take 5 Oil Change, Dallas TX

Second time out of 3 that I have used this location and my oil has started leaking. The first time it happened when I took my vehicle back I was told the techs before did not tighten the oil cap enough and caused more than half my oil to leak out with no discount or refund. This time I tried calling and spoke with Raquel, who was very kind and understanding, I was transferred to the shop where my call went unanswered and the voicemail is full. Now for the second time I am out over $100 dollars on oil that has been in my vehicle for less than 4 days.

When I left I never felt more customer service than I experienced there. I work for a hospitality company and know what it takes. A#1!

Margo was great! I wish more Take 5 employees had that type of customer service and level of personable attitude. Most employees view customers as transactional, but Margo made sure I knew what I was purchasing and it makes me want to only visit this Take 5 over the several other Take 5’s. Great job Margo!

I only go here for inspections. They do a great job and get you in and out as quickly as they can.

I went to get my inspection and they were quick, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Worst experience at a shop like this. Take “5” is more like take 75 even on a weekday at 10: 30am. Not efficient, not a pull through, and must sit in their dirty waiting room. Do yourself a favor and go to a Valvoline.

Margo is terrible in customer service. Blames the customer for communicating the wrong service. Oil change and state inspection are two separate services. Richard took responsibility in not listening to the customer however Margo continued to argue with me. Find a different Take5.

I went here to get an oil change on my lunch break and the service was great! My oil change was finished on time and everyone was very nice. The service is very convenient and I would highly recommend this business

Horrible! Went there yesterday after going there 2 years for inspection and the guy tried to fail me for factory tint on the car from the manufacturer. Went to another shop half a mile down the street and passed in 10 minutes with LEGAL tint.

Very quick and efficient service, but I was never asked which oil package I wanted to get and when the oil change was done along with replacing some air filters and a state inspection, the bill was unexpectedly high. It was a bit more than I expected to spend, but I can’t complain about the service at all. They are friendly and you are in & out in no time, even with cars in front of you. So I highly recommend them for that reason alone.

For those of you who may not know this location is by far the best. I am done with dealership service and mark up prices. The staff is well knowledgeable about cars and specially luxury cars. If you visit there I’m sure you can ask any representative my choice is Blake. Blake (the lovely red head) is extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming and the true meaning of customer centric.
