Take 5 Oil Change, Hudson Oaks TX

I've had oil change service performed on my truck at this Take 5 in Hudson Oaks on several occasions and they also do my inspection for registration. The employees are always nice and courteous and I rarely have to wait too long.

Will not be back at this center.
Your guys did not even know how to change fuel filters on my truck.
Then had to ask them to check air in tires
Also left dirty oil on the front fender where they rubbed or dripped oil

This is THE place to get your car’s oil changed. They are amazing! From the friendly greeting by the manager to the great customer service by the technicians, I always feel valued and they truly appreciate my business. Everyone is polite and professional. They will even tell you how long the oil change will take! I like that. They always treat their customers with respect and understand that we are all busy and so they work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. It’s the only place I go to to get my oil changed. Great business!

Excellent experience got me in and out in less than 15 minutes, very courteous and knowledgeable employees.

I always hate going to get things done with the car as a single woman because I feel like I’m talked down to or taken advantage of while there.
Jordan and Chris were both so attentive, helpful, and not pushy.
My kids and I were in and out and I am SO appreciative!

Excellent service from start to finish. The mechanics kept me informed of everything going on, physically showing the status of my filter and how my oil looked. Worked quickly but were extremely thorough. There’s a reason I always go to this location; best service at a fair price.

Been going to the Hudson Oaks location for a while now with several different vehicles. These dudes are quick, polite, & professional.

Easy service. Didn't even have to leave the car. Employees were welcoming and knew their jobs will. Many oil change places seem like they don't want you there which makes you worried they won't do their job properly. Will visit again.

I brought my car to Take 5 for an oil change and to get it inspected. The workers I dealt with were friendly and I wasn’t at the shop too long.

Dalton, went far and above yesterday and came 20 minutes away from the garage to fix my coolant pump and wouldn’t take any money. What a great human and he deserves a raise.

Jeff did a great job, very professional and a great attitude. The team were great when I was in a hurry.

The 2 guys working the store in Hudson Oaks were extremely fast and even though I felt guilty for showing up 20 minutes before closing time they told me it was ok and got me taken care of very professionally even tho they had every right to be upset.

Smoothest oil change yet. This location was great! Coker and Jeff were awesome made me feel comfortable while waiting in the car and didn't push anything that wasn't needed. Highly recommend!
