Take 5 Oil Change, Marshall TX

Went at 6: 00pm on 12/23 to get an oil change. It was an hour before closing. There was only one person there, when I pulled up they asked if I was I needed an oil change. I said yes. Then they told me they couldn’t do it because they were the only person there. They told me I could come back the next day and get it done, but this wasn’t feasible because I live an hour away. Why is it an oil change shop can’t do an oil change during their normal operating hours? Very frustrated and Highly dissatisfied.

Experience was terrible. They did a terrible job. Didn’t check any other fluids. Didn’t check tires. Didn’t clean windshield. I showed them receipts from a few months ago and the price had more than doubled. Rude

Very nice workers. Fast and efficient but also took the time too explain how to reset my oil status on my dashboard.
Will definitely go back!

Had receipts for two oil changes 10 days apart (car taken in by two different drivers) and was told that even though all info in their system, all they could do is put a note to read dates next time. LOST MY BUSINESS!

They had me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Super polite too! We use them for all our vehicles and also inspections!

But it's a bit expensive

Expensive but when you drive a nice vehicle, you expect to pay more for an oil change, but don’t be rude to cause you dislike your job. The lady that works in there is rude, and And then you advertise that you top off all the fluids and you check the tires. So I asked the guy who was doing all that if he had completed that he said yes, I said, then why does it still show that the windshield wipers need to be filled up. And he had an excuse that it took more water than he expected but he never had completed it nor did he check any of the fluids and I had to ask him to check the tires and they gave attitude the whole time so $125.oil change is fine but don’t be rude and I wouldn’t go back

I would've given 5 stars had my stations on my XM Stereo not been lost I had in memory when you set the 5000 mile oil change warning.
