First few experiences were good. The newness of waiting in your car while your oil was changed was a novelty and certainly more enjoyable than sitting in a cold, smelly, yucky waiting room. However, they did not put my old cap on correctly one time. Didn't think I should go home and recheck their work.until my engine was making loud noises. My husband checked under the hood and there was oil spatter everywhere on the engine and it was almost completely out of oil. I took it back and explained what happened. The technician was more than happy to refill it ("top it off") and make sure the cap was properly placed. The manager, however, did not accept any responsibility, nor believe me, and made me pay for the complete replacement of the oil that their negligence caused. In my youthful ignorance, I completely burned an engine out not taking care of my oil. As a mature adult, I know better and get my oil checked and changed regularly. I will not go back and would not recommend ANY place that poo-poo's their customers like that. Moved on to bigger and better things. Just wanted to make others aware.

I do not know the gentlemen’s name but I was the first car of the day. Even though it was cold he opened on time and had his stuff together. It was my first visit in this car but even though he was by himself and the new vehicle setup, I was out in under 15 minutes.

Prior going there for oil change I made a call and asked them about the price they said $51.99 and we give a $50 coupon, when I got there to change my car oil they charged me $97 and I didn’t receive any coupons

Constant upsell - tactics felt dishonest. Got a very expensive oil change- dealer prices and took longer then my dealership- and no free beverages or restroom.

Inspection was a rip off- passed but only after I purchased new wiper blades "in order to not fail". Before anyone started they were already asking if I wanted to buy wiper blades. Blade had less then 1/2 tear on the tip end. (I took the old pair home to inspect and measure myself)

When I directly challenged the need I was told. I could replace or fail. I was a repeat customer - now I am a never again customer.

Stopped in to get vehicle inspection. The technician was going to start, but he seen moisture in the tail light even though he reported the blinker worked, brake light worked he couldn’t inspect it. Went down the street to another shop. They didn’t say one word about it. That’s a problem folks poor management. These technicians are there by themselves doing who knows what where are the managers at?

Your employees are always so friendly and eager to check everything needed to keep me going. Five star for sure!

Oil Change Good, State Inspection Terrible

11/14/23 -oil change and inspection (both paid)
11/15/23 -his inspection cord device broken/out of service
11/15-20 no communication from Trey Gibson
11/20/23 -brake fluid “low”, eventually passed

I’ve been a regular customer to the store in Murphy Texas. I have met three or four different managers, a dozen technicians, and only this time have I had such a frustrating problem. Trey Gibson made bad decisions and inconvenienced me. It took me four (4) trips to get my state inspection on a 2011 Buick enclave with 55,000 miles.

(1) I went in for an oil change and a state inspection. The first state inspection hiccup was over the tires —a subjective analysis and yes they were nearly worn out but no steel was showing. Debatable and no objective data was disclosed. Fine. I got new tires and went back.

(2) Trey said the state inspection cord/device was broken and took my number and promised to call me when it was repaired. He never called. 5 days later he hadn’t called so I went back.

(3) Trey told me my brake fluid was low and that was a fail. We debated, he declined to add fluid, I left. I added brake fluid and went back. Since when don’t you top off fluids?

(4) Fourth try I passed. Trey made sure to tell me that he wasn’t going to charge me for the subsequent inspection. I PAID FOR IT ON THE 14th! Any delay in the completion was HIS FAULT. So, no, that wasn’t much of a freebie. He also gave me a 25% off coupon. That suggests that my time over four trips is worth $21 to Trey. Hmmn.

We’ve brought six cars to your Murphy, Tx store and to your College Station, Tx store. Usually, the service is fast, reliable, and inspection issues are clear, objective, and undeniable. This stuff was subjective, debatable and absolutely poor excuses to a good customer.

Very disappointing and a needless waste of my time X FOUR.

Took my car there for service and the check engine light turned on after few weeks because oil levels are so low for a brand new car
