I went in to get my inspection and the team was on point, courteous and helpful explaining next steps and documents needed to get my registration. Way to go Take 5!

It way over price for 10 minute oil change plus filter. They charge $52.00 Plus you wait in your car while they work on changes it. If your in hurry I guess this is the way to go.

Mario and the rest of the staff were very courteous during our entire visit which was kept brief due to their quick and efficient work. They offered me and my fiancé waters while we waited for our oil to be changed and we were done before we even popped them open.

Fantastic place to get an oil change, first of all, I didn't have to get out of my vehicle. I was offered bottled water name brand mind you. Secondly, Technician, Blaine communicated in great detail the top choice and lower end of their products. Of course I chose the top oil product the Royal Purple. I had a great experience today at this business. The manager was kind and showed great customer service, with a smile. Anthony was another helpful person who I was very pleased with. The inspection was quick and easy, too bad they "can't" email or fax it to where I need.

You only have to pay if you pass the inspection and its only $7. Much better and much faster than a due now station. They dont try to upsell you anything. Very friendly

I stopped in a few weeks ago and James came out to help me. It was a freezing and raining day with high winds. It was after work and My dash said to check my tire pressures on driver side front and back. James checked it for me. Gave me a bottle of water while he filled up all my wheels and was so courteous. They did not charge me for this though i was more than willing to pay for it. That was so nice. I am a regular customer but he didn’t know that. I really love the service at this location. I’m always in and out fast and the service was always perfect. They don’t try to up charge u or ask u to buy other services. I have been a customer for over 6 years.

Went for a oil change and Alex the mechanic was being a dick and my car didn’t even vacuumed very unprofessional everyone else was ok

Went in here for a state inspection. There were several cars there in line so I made myself comfortable inside thinking it would be a while, but about 10 minutes later I was already checking out.

Came in to do an inspection on a work. But they said it was registered in Dallas. They couldn't do it. Which showed laziness because all they had to do was an affidavit saying we were using the vehicle in San Antonio. This showed lack of Professionalism and taking care of the customer is the least of their priorities.

These guys are great tell you what's wrong with your car nobs shows you the oil I love the service always calls me by my last name very professional keep up the work

Many places in Austin (where I currently live) have 2 hour or more wait times to perform inspections. Visiting SA for the weekend I saw this spot and figured I should knock out my overdue inspection. From the time I pulled up to the time I was driving away, about fifteen minutes. These guys worked quick and efficiently.

I go out of my way to go to this shop. They are friendly and honest here - traits that make them a rare find these days. And, like most Express Lubes I've been to, they are quick and thorough. I also appreciate the vacuum service they offer without even having to ask. A+ staff and service

Came in with my really old car for an inspection. They saw a missing lugnut and saved me time and money by advising me to fix it and come back. Spent a couple dollars at an auto parts store and passed the inspection. Thank you! Warning to those driving here. Balcones Heights used a traffic camera to charge me almost $100 for slowing down instead of coming to a complete stop when taking a right on a red light. Not coming back to this "city within a city"

Warning! Do not go for any auto repair. This is just and oil change drive in. I'm sure they'll do their oil changes like anywhere else, but I was disappointed after a long drive to get there to find out they don't do any repairs. I'll stick to the one on Fredericksburg by USAA
