Take 5 Oil Change, Live Oak TX

I came here to get an oil change about a month ago, and really appreciated that the guy not only checked my tire pressure but added air into it as well!

I went to have my oil changed and staff was courteous and help me figure out my car was losing power and recommended a solution that was affordable. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to give them my business.

Guys were great. I got there 10 minutes before closing (which I hate) and they were still so energetic! The worked till the bell which was awesome. I was given a discount because the oil my car normally gets wasn’t available. One employee even offered me a water bottle, man the service there was other worldly.

Super quick service and really helpful. Were out of the oil I wanted so I had to go to the synthetic option but still had great service.

Fast and furious! We didn't even have to get out of our car! The gentlemen that helped us was very professional and friendly! Will definitely be going back!

This was my first time at Take 5 Oil Change and was very pleased with their service. I had my car inspected and it took hardly no time at all. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Price and service were great.

Everytime I go to take 5 oil they always treat me with respect and care. I always feel like I'm in a safe environment and I dont even have to get out the car. And the prices and good. I would recommend this business to anyone.

They didn't close hatch on my hood all the way and when my wife was driving my car down the highway it flung open and almost caused an accident.

Best Service I ever received while getting an inspection. I pulled up with 2 toddlers in the car, and got greeted and steered into inspection station immediately. I was allowed to stay in the car while inspection was done. My toddlers got a little anxious and were immediately offered fruit snacks and chips. Before they could finish their snacks we were done, and offered water bottles for the trip. I will never go anywhere else!

Went to get both my cars inspected at this location and they were quick and thorough, A+ customer service!

One of the attendants ran over to my window and knocked on it to offer me water before I even ever went around to the back. They had me in and out of there in about 10 minutes. They changed my oil change my air conditioner filter and did my car inspection.

I love the idea of staying in your car and having the oil change. And the 25% off for military is awesome! Vinny greeted me with a bottle of water and ask explain to me the different oil change deals for castrol synthetic. The other worker came and showed me my oil dip stick after the oil was change and made some suggestions regarding my cabin air filter. I honk my horn as we left to show I was happy with the service the team there provided.

I was there for a State Inspection. They guided me in the bay, and as I was getting out of my vehicle advised I could stay in the vehicle. This was a surprise. The gentleman went about their business of the inspection. They were all very professional, answered all my questions and overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them. I probably will go back for an oil change when my vehicle needs it. Thanks guys!

Service is quick and friendly. They get you in, do the expected upsell on the cabin air filter, and get you out without a hassle. Four visits in the last few months (two cars, oil change and inspection) and never had a complaint.

They made me sit in the car with the engine off with my kids in the car. They said they topped off fluids and did not. They said they checked the cabin filter and did not. Then looking at the oil filter it does not look as though it was replaced. I will not be going back. The staff was friendly, if that helps, but the policy of sitting in the car when it's 90 outside isn't acceptable.

Very fast. Only checked the transmission level though. Didn’t check other levels in truck. Had to reset my check oil indicator myself. Very convenient though. Will definitely be going back. Staff was very friendly.
