Honestly waste of my time, I get it my pulse is barely over the limit, by 3 to 5 points, I get that, but don’t sit there and tell I’m not healthy or able donate, when I physically seen overweight people, guys literally smoking a cig before walking in, and they pass, go to csl, at least the dr there will hear your case versus making come back the next day to repeat the process of being denied

Had a very bad experience with a nurse named Brenda. Would not listen to what I was asking, told me to stop talking, then hung up on me.

Been coming here since 2015, the staff are always professional, and treat donors as priority, thank yall!

Some of the service is absolutely fantastic, then some of it is sub par, the environment is nice but the booth area is a hit or miss when the blood pressure cuff is tight and they tell you no its fine kinda hits a nerve. Other then that its a good place just not the best.

It's usually a relatively painless and quick process depending on who helps you during the donation process since I believe there are quite a few new people or those with limited experience in phlebotomy. The compensation goes down pretty drastically after the first four so if that is your main consideration in choosing a place to donate plasma, this may not be the one for you. Overall, a very clean place!
