Thursdays donation was fast and gentle the young lady even though a lil tired was professional and polite. Great work.

4 out of the last five visits I've waited average of 2 hours today I'll be waiting more than 2 hrs awful attendance issues but the staff who shows up is awesome. Shame on grifols for stressing their staff like this. If staff doesn't show up they should be replaced.

They do not respect returning donors. Payout is $150 compared to KED $400 and CSL $400. That is insulting to someone who gave over 100 donations to this location several years ago. Would not recommend to Grifols to anyone. They are robbing donors compared to what they are being compensated.

Finally! A nice, respectful place to be a plasma donor and help save lives! Staff is professional and personable.
This was my 1st time donating and the process took a long time. Maybe 3 hours.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the air conditioner worked and it was cool what about the TVs we used to have TV in here instead of the rerun of the Grifolds video

Slowest place they have 6 booths and only 1 worker with the line out the door. Then the workers just stand around and talk and talk and talk. It's ridiculous.

So irraated all on phones in bk. Listening to the phones n changing stations on their phones n we are waiting to be stuck idk when all can just have gloves on in bk not change gloves n keep on touching phones then touching the patients ridiculous for this to happen PHONES SHOULD NOT BE OUT FOR THEIR LISTENING PURPOSES.

They are so understaffed, expect to spend at least a few hours there. If you're a return donor also expect to be priority behind all new donors. You will stand in line forever while they pass you by. They might have 1 person screening return donors if you're lucky. Bottom line. Don't be in a hurry if you come here

Great place to both make some cash and help save lives! The staff is professional, yet personable. They're friendly and seem to truly care about the donors. The payment isn't the best and they don't have rewards points, but it's not bad. At the very least they're reliable in knowing how much you'll be compensated. They don't compensate by weight and they keep their rates posted at the location and through their app. I feel more comfortable donating here than anywhere else in town.

Great place! Very professional and quick. Jasmine is very nice and friendly make sure we are comfortable. I really miss the music makes me not want to save lives.

Great people, Great Enviorment, Great Customer Service. Sad, disappointed and ashamed that the most of the time. They dont have music running or on because the employees are in trouble.

If I could give no stars I would sat there for two and a half hours the poor girl that was there before me had been there almost 3 hours I get that we're new donors to your company and there's a process but almost 3 hours and nobody even talked to us this is the first place I've ever donated or in this case attempted to donate and waited anywhere close to that long then come to find out I could have just went to your competitors have a wait time of 45 minutes for new donors so I just walked out and they pay out more for new donors that's a no-brainer

Fast, friendly, and always very professional. Recommend for anyone wanting to help out or just for some extra cash:)

The staff is real professional and friendly. I look forward to donating twice a week. I would give 5 stars but since the AC doesn't work on the floor I have been getting way to hot and sweat pours off of me. This never happened when the AC worked. The ladies ate fast to give us ice packs when needed

I Love my visits! Love the staff, and i love the general atmosphere! Especially when the staff plays MUSIC! It makes donating faster and easier to enjoy.

I love donating at Talecris in Amarillo, the staff is so nice and helpful! The room is clean and comfortable. Best place to save a life!
