Talecris Plasma Resources reviews
17All employees very generous and know their job with accurate information and speedy experience
Too many line cutters saving spots, the people from juarez come as a family groups of 3-5 and still let people in after hours of line adding everyone one more time.people saving spots or cutting line shouldnt be allowed to donate that day its not fair also they should make 2 lines one for people from U. S and one for Mexico watch how many more U. S donors start to come.
The majority of the staff are friendly but there are exceptions, Laura sometimes talks to you as annoying or makes the atmosphere uncomfortable when checking on you, the lines are very long with only 2 or 3 people serving, inside the beds they spend the time talking or speaking badly of the donors, on one occasion they hurt me for talking about a donor that they didn't like and saying that that's why they left her until last, there should be a supervisor because you don't play with your health
Needs an appointment system. You wait in line for over an hour SOMETIMES 2 just to be screened. Then an additional wait of almost an hour before you’re connected to the machine and can even begin the donation process. I’m all for donors coming up from Juarez but the center needs to be regulated with appointments because the line is now always out the door
It cannot be possible for us to last an hour and thirty minutes in line to take the vital signs plus what they pass to you behind plus the duration of the plasmapheresis. There are people who have another job, we cannot be there for 7 hours, do something in Talecris del center
The staff is very friendly at all times but if there is something that bothers me as a user and other people, it is wasting our time.
The waiting line is one hour, there are only 2-3 people waiting to check you, once that hour has passed you have to wait 30 minutes for them to connect and disconnect you. I make this comment not to affect the image of Telecris but so that they consider other people's times as mine. Time is very valuable for everyone.
That's why I only give it 3 stars.
Excellent service, Fernando is very kind and attentive, it makes my day every time I visit them
Staff is friendly. However, management needs to really take a pay cut. They have really long wait times just to get screened. This is with using the app to complete a questionnaire prior to arriving. I waited over 45 minutes in line because only 3 screeners were on duty. The previous week, i waited over an hour.
Once you get to the screened, the phlebotomists are short staffed too. I waited over 35 minutes to start the donation process.
They have the people needed to meet their quota many times over. It seems like the company is only trying to maximize their earnings by under staffing their centers. Ridiculous.
I would say don't go, but we need the extra cash. Otherwise we wouldn't be doing it.
I'm here again after my initial review and now after the response from the company, the wait is even longer and they have 3 techs in the receiving area. This is easily an hour wait before I get screened. My only question is why? Why are you so attentive to reviews and not the actual running of the place.
Minus 1 star from me.
Again, after my post, their reply, me removing a star, I came for the last time now that they have only one technician. Ridiculous again and now with proof of how they don't care for their donors.
Great staff, easy process, your helping others while helping your own family with a little extra cash. Win win
I would give it more Stars but fortunately I went to go donate and they turned me away even though that I already drink enough fluids to come and they sent me home
The staff is very friendly and it's so worth it going here. Although the parking is horrible. There's never a space to park and you often have to wait a long time for a parking spot to be open.
Very good deal. It would only improve the waiting time. Once you go to the plasmapheresis area you must wait a long time to be connected. Despite filling out the survey in the application, it lasts approximately 2 hours on average, from the time you arrive until the end of the process.
1 tech for 20 donors in line 3 techs doing nothing just talking in the front desk this is ridikilus
There is an excellent atmosphere, it transmits a lot of confidence. Leo is the nurse who attended me, he is very nice, he explained everything to me and clarified all my doubts. Excellent service.
I think they are very kind and attentive, especially Leo, they make you feel good when you donate
They won't let you use the Kiosk even if the app crashes and they are not kind at all to help you.
Too much quality in his work and very capable staff, Leo does his job in a good way and well done
