Employees don't switch gloves in between patients. Watched a man handle trash then go to a patient.

We had been going here for a couple of months with no issues. All of a sudden they want to say they're appointment only and they had been doing it for a month already. When we tried to tell the lady we had just been in two days prior and not one person said anything (I even sat down for a good 15 minutes before going in line. And my boyfriend went to the kiosk) she gave attitude and said "well I'm telling you right now. ". I also saw her that same day and she didn't say anything either. Long red and black hair with glasses. She's usually nice but seemed annoyed when I tried to say we weren't told two days prior. I just think if you're going to inforce a new policy ALL of your team should be on the same page and you should inforce it regularly not just when you want to. I understand it gets busy but it really creates confusion and a hassle for you and your team in the end. Because I see the same people every time and not one said anything prior.

Place stinks now you have to have an appointment like 3 day early… I donated plasma when I can because I have a open schedule at work.so I can’t do appointments I can only go when I have time… This ruined the whole donating Thing… guess no more Grifols for me

I've been going here for years always amazing staff that genuinely cares for you and your health unlike csl. Would recommend if you looking for fast center who cares.

Worst plasma place to ever go to the girls working the front should be fired! Very very rude disrespectful poor customer service horrible. I would never come back to this place or recommend this to anyone. If i could I wouldnt even give a star to this place. Everyone just standing around not doing anything. Nobody helps and they fund everything to be funny.
