Horrible customer service with the Manager Hbbi only been there for 2 years I just went to ask how much exactly is my phone bill one employee tell's me I'm done paying for my phone and go back to make a payment and then the employee wich she tell's me I still haven't finished paying for my phone manager there who ever he was need to learn some customer service because that trade is not for him the disrespect and overall how he keep trying to avoid me by trying to help another customer wich I was not done speaking to him when some one ask for a recipe they should just give it to the customers customer is always right even if there not is it so bad that I wanted to make sure that I was not getting over charged and that what I was paying was the correct amount no need for shity customer service

Save yourself the trouble. This place doesn't accept credit cards, they don't communicate well and are potentially scammers.

Dont pay your bill here the lady that works there doesnt now what she is doing, my parent have been coming here for years and they stole there payment and left them with out a phone

Brought my pixel 3a for a new screen. It broke the same day

Brought it back and they replaced it. Came back with a fuzzy sounding speaker and glue squeezed out all around the edge of the screen. Now 5 days later the second replacement screen is broken. Charged me 195 and my screen is still broken because now its out of the laughable 7 day period.

They have had my galaxy note 8 for over 3 weeks. They still haven't replaced it. Took it for charger piece to be fixed since it was still under warranty since I had just purchased it from them a month prior to taking it. I have called them and the lady always says they are busy I show up and they just tell me they will call me but never call. I would avoid going here.
