Tammy nails on little york, Houston TX

Horrible service, never ever again rushed services, horrible half done pedicure, shellac nails Saturday evening, Sunday morning shellac peeling, went back to them on Monday RUSHINGGGG once again and they were not busy at the time, the nail that was corrected is a completely different color from my other nails. NEVER EVER AGAIN

The only thing I can say is the place was clean. Horrible work was done and I was over charged and I didn’t even get what I ask for. Nail is cricket and polish on my skin and I was burned by the hot water for the pedicure.horrible experience will never go back here

There’s literally no words! They cut me about 5 times because the guy was on a rush! The nails were so thick it was ridiculous! They tried to fix them but they still came out ugly! I do not recommend this place!

They don't clean there nail instruments they put wipe down with cotton and put the instruments back in there blue pouch making you think its sterile when its not

They do good work but beware of hidden fees. They quoted me a different price than what they charged me at checkout. I will not be returning to this place

Poor customer service, polish change means painting over partially removed polish. Thumbs down experience. I walked out very unhappy with exchange.

Not pleased with this high end establishment. 10.00 for a polish change. Finished in 5mins. No oil on my kneels. Messed up polish, the lady didn't bother to fix it. White polish on skin.

Too expensive. And they don’t do a really good job. Charged me $40 for natural acrylic nails! The nail tech wanted to charge me $45 but the person in front desk had already told me $40. Wow. I’ve paid the most $30 for what I got. Don’t plan on going back. And when you walk in all the workers are sitting down on their phones and they debate to see who’s doing the next persons nails. Like we’re paying we’re not begging you to do it lol I’d rather spend my money else where.

Rushed. Horrible customer service went in for an eyebrow wax and it literally took her less than 2 minutes. Very unsanitary as well but what really did it for me is that they have a price sheet in English posted outside their front door but when you go inside they have a hand written one in Spanish.those prices are higher! Not coming back

Sooo I wanted a glitter set of nails
N they did an ombré type which I didn’t ask for
Soo while the man was doing mah nails I kept looking at them n they looked nothing like the picture which got me upset
Other wise they did good on my nails which is good
PLUS they CHARGED ME 50 dollars which was different from my other nail salon I go to

Bad service she rushes on my pedicure when I was supposed to pay 20 at the end I paid 30 no massage I’m not coming back

Waited 30 soaking my feet in cold water for a pedi, the lady was so fast did not take her time at all! Then I asked for a design with certain colors she told me no. Everything feels so rushed never coming back!

So I went here yesterday & will never come back.

#1- price doesn’t matter to me as long as I get what I paid for.

Asked for 3 pedicures.and all they did was soak my feet, take nail polish off & clip my nails, the price was 20$. I believe there should be more involved maybe a foot scrub or the heel grater.anything else.

They also cut my pinky from going so fast. The pedicure took 5-8 minutes.

They are just trying to make fast money. But that is why when I went in there it was empty.

If your looking for a good place I’d recommend Color nails a bit down the rowdy by hardy next to sellers brother 17$ for basic pedicure & those ladies really do a great job.

DO NOT COME HERE "HORRIBLE" customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY COMING HERE. I wouldn't even rate this place a 1 star more of a 0. I came in today, needing to get just 1 nail fixed because it broke. Soon as I walked in, this young guy was at the counter. I told him did they have the color of the nail polish I already had on to replace my nail with, he told me in a arrogant way go pick out your color, when I had repeatedly asked for a nail model which he totally refused to show me. Meanwhile, I picked out two nail polishes assuming that it would match my nail color.the guy that was suppose to do my nails acted like he didn't "want" to replace just 1 nail. Before sitting down I asked how much it would be, he kept forcing me to sit in the seat without telling me how much it would be. Like really? He had me wait 15 minutes before he can assist me on my nail when it had 10 nail techs in there NOT DOING NOTHING. Then he purposely CUT MY CUTICLE now my nail is swollen. They were all speaking in there language I guess talking about me. Meanwhile, this lady and her daughter came in and they were able to access a nail model with all the different colors. Y'all get the gag? Well this explains why I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK and it's the worse place to come they're rude as can be!

I have been dealing with Tammy for years and her service is not bad and the two people that are trying to criticize her didn’t want to pay after she had fixed what they said was wrong. Great shop, very clean

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I got a full set and pedicure but I was cut on 7 fingers during my full set, and one of my nails is crooked. When I said something about it they said it was my finger but my fingernail does not curve and never has before. Acrylic was applied so thin when I washed my hands my nail almost broke off. I said to apply acrylic again and she tried to argue that the gel would make my nail thicker. When I got an eyebrow wax I still had hair. And none of their licenses where on display making me question if they are even qualified for the job. Not returning again.

Men too busy flirting with the customers, they're too busy trying to get a girlfriend they don't listen to what a customer wants done. Not only did the guy made one nail bigger than the others but he didn't care that i told him twice i wanted powder nails not gel! I paid an extra $10 for something i didn't like.

Horrible service, nail tech didn't listen to what my wife wanted. She asked for a glitter powder and he completely ignored her and did regular acrylic and after she asked about the other powder he continued to do whatever He wanted. He was too busy flirting with other customers when he should have been paying attention to my wife's nails. Not the correct color and different shaped nails is not professional at all. Very unhappy. First and last time going here!
