First time I’ve been in a tanning salon where I’ve gotten a full walk-through while explaining each bed, what it does, and how it can help me with my goal. Melissa did a fabulous job. The customer service was exceptional. The facility was clean and well kept.

One of the best tanning salons I've ever visited. The staff is beyond friendly and extremely helpful in every capacity. A very welcoming environment with excellent products and beds.

I am new to Pflugerville and stopped in because I thought I wanted to start bed tanning. I take medications for an illness. I was given all the good info on spray tanning and how less harsh it would be. She talked me through all my options and even ended suggesting buying credits since I work so much! Love this place and the owner. Found my spot.

Love coming to Tan It All, all staff are very friendly not only in Stonehill but all the locations, somehow they always remember my name. Melissa is mostly here (Stonehill) and she is always soo welcoming and caring, always going over and beyond the call of duty. Great location and great to have a tan year around. Overall 5 star for service, cleanliness and friendliness.

I paid a membership fee, then paid for a month, even though I only wanted one week of tanning before a cruise. I was told I could freeze the subscription at any point, then use the remainder of the month when I was ready. It costs $6.00 to freeze, and then they still charged for another month, which I didn’t know until I went in to unfreeze my account and complete the month I did know I had paid for. It was a confusing rip-off. I had to close my account, or I was going to be charged for a third month the very next day. I was not allowed to finish out my original month. So, for one week of tanning, I paid for two months, an initiation fee, a freezing fee, and an extremely expensive lotion that was practically forced on me. Buyer beware!

The location and gal at the desk were great. I asked about membership packages that are all presented as monthly deals both online and in person. I picked the $50/mo package. I was then presented with a digital authorization with 3 line items (see attached pic), seemed simple enough. The third item said I had read and agreed to the terms of the agreement in their entirety, but the only thing I'd been presented with so far was a primary billing change form, weird since I was a new customer, so I asked to see the agreement and she said that was it but that signature line item also stipulates that nothing the clerk said to me was legally binding. But since I was only presented with that form and she was unable to produce an agreement, I signed that first 3 item form and took a picture of it. Then she asked for my payment method details, which I provided. THEN I was presented with a second untitled form in which my membership selection was listed. I DID NOT SIGN IT. I EXPLAIN WHY LATER IN THIS POST. BUT MY CARD STILL GOT CHARGED! I TEXTED IMMEDIATELY TO THE NUMBER in the agreement to cancel. I received confirmation that account was cancelled, even though I never signed the membership agreement. I'm supposed to see a refund in a few days but have absolutely no confidence I will based on this experience.

Here's why I didn't sign it:

The fine print (see attached pic) says (paraphrasing here), based on how I'm reading it, the $50/mo membership is actually an annual membership of $959.40 (math said this is $79.95/mo over 12 months) but then states it's $99.95/mo for 12 months which would come out to $1199.40 for a year. They say the "monthly installment" is "subsidized" so you only pay $52/mo. But if my card gets hacked and frozen by my bank and i don't have a new card yet to give them when my next monthly payment is due, it looks like I'd be charged the full non-subsidized installment of either $79.95 or $99.95 PLUS a decline fee of $15, so the late charges would be nearly as much as, or more than, the original $50/mo charge! And if you listen to the super friendly gal at the desk and try to cancel in-store like she said I could do and then move, not only are you potentially liable for the full annual amount (either $959.4 or $1199.4) for the remainder of the year but until you get a "verifiable" cancellation (no definition of what that is exactly except it being a text message) they can continue to accrue monthly non-subsidized rate charges each month along with decline fees, because the agreement auto renews and CANNOT be cancelled because "any balance must be cleared before this installation package can be terminated"! Reading through the rest of it it looks like there may be other fees that can be incurred too.

Seemed pretty preditory to me. I WILL NEVER GO THERE. REALLY REALLY SCARY.
