Tanger Outlets San Marcos

The stores I entered required the mask to be worn while in the stores. The staff wore their masks as well and they were very pleasant and helpful.

Van Huesen had the worst customer service. Employee playing their phone sitting ont the counter. Hand sanitizer was out.

Many great store choices, along with a few restaurants. Overall, a great experience every time we come up from San Antonio.

Love the outlet mall, one of my favorite places to go is Hot Topic and Freaky Finds. My daughter and I go there and love the different shops. This place has something for everyone.

This location is average.none of the stores are really discounted items.most stores are very well upkept and clean inside and out. Will probably be back just because of the friendly staff.

The original intention of this location has been lost. Don't believe for a minute the majority of these stores are actual 'outlets'. These companies are the same versions you'd find at any mall in any city in America, with the same prices. These businesses set up shop in the Outlet Center to take advantage of ignorant, bargain-shopping traffic. You can find deals, just don't expect them anymore.

If you're wife insists on dragging you to San Marcos for a day of outlet shopping, see if you can get away with going here instead of the Simon outlet across the street.

Because of its smaller size, it gets less traffic than the other. If you're going to find a pair of underwear or something, take the easiest route.

As a plus, food options here are significantly better than the other mall, so at least fill up here before braving the stupidity across the street.

I don't see anything cheap here and with covid you have to wait outside in line and wait for your turn its a waist of time.
