Taqueria El Mexicano Grill, Waco TX

We arrived at the perfect time because all the help was there just after the rush had subsided. We got seated immediately and served almost as fast. You could tell the waitress was still extremely busy, but made sure our order was correct.
The menu selections were almost overwhelming, but guaranteed to make sure that there was something for everyone.

Got my order wrong, and when I asked them to fix it they tried to charge me double then the waitress kept raising her voice at us just because we asked them to fix my order

Usually a great place to eat. But last night, worse service ever. Ordered queso, didn't get it til after we already had meal. Had to ask for it and it was cold. Got meal, but no silverware to eat with. Asked 2 servers twice, finally was tossed some to go packets with flimsy plastic utensils. EVERYONE else in building had normal silverware! We asked for some, never got it. Drinks were empty, never got refills. EVERYONE else did. Called to speak to mgr. Person answering said they were mgr, but I'm wondering if that's true. It almost sounded like they were holding back a laugh. Very unprofessional!

Horrible service tonight. Susie was amazing. Food cold, had to ask several times for things to get fixed with our food, kitchen didn't care but DRINKS were strong and amazing. Kids snapchatting and playing all over from the staff. IM A REGULAR AND THIS IS DISAPPOINTING.

Food was very good, service is below average. Took way to long to bring anything to drink, even to order another drink was ridiculous. I will say the food is always great, but service sucks.

Best Mexican food in town, I believe. If you can stop there on New Year's eve, you will experience some live music and excellence in Mexican cuisine. Service is top notch.

Frozen Margarita served in warm glass - mostly not frozen. It's been awhile since I ate here. Will be a long time before I try it again - jf ever.

They must need to sell a lot of margaritas.

I placed a to go order for tacos and guacamole after an exhausting 12 hr.drive. The salsas were fine but the guacamole was so salty it was inedible. I love guacamole and salt but this was way beyond salty.

Very bad service and very rude I was left on the phone for so long and at the end nobody get my order just a waste of time and really bad experience.

Place was dirty. Food was pretty good. Fountain sodas taste awful. Server took our empty basket of chips and never got us more. She also never checked on us after we got our food and was looking at her phone when we were paying. Won't be back.

The food is good as always but something is always missing from my order. And they do it on purpose. Cause its always wrong. Smdh. Thats sad for a place a business to treat they cutomers so poorly. This is just wrong. And the whole time they repeating your order back. But it always seems to come back wrong or always missing a item.

Very nice. Good vibe, good food, good service. I was in Waco for an evening and this was near the hotel. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in Waco.

The beans that are served with the rice. ️️ Sooo good.
Service was terrible. Chicken way over cooked and dry. But those beans tho. Yum

Went to eat here tonight while staying in Waco. Service was good and food tasted great. Didn't have any complaint about this place. Also had a live band playing which was. Nice.
