My family and I always looked forward to going to eat here but after this last time we will no longer be going back. We were told to sit where ever so we did we sat for about 20 mins before a server came over to take our drink order and give us menus. Mind you when we walked in all the workers were sitting on there phones and watching the TV. After another 15mins the waiter came to drop off our drinks and take our order only to come back another 15mins to tell us they where out of everything we ordered! We just told them nevermind and left. Oh and the cherry on top I had to pay $10 for 2 drinks! Jalapeños will always be my go to place from now on!

Good food, but the service is God awful. No acknowledgement when your walk in. I had to announce and say hello and even then no one batted an eye. Then basically was told to sit wherever. Tacos are good, but not worth the awkwardness of the people at the establishment.

This place has some of the best street tacos around. I placed a pretty large to-go order so I was waiting a few minutes, and every plate that the cooks were putting on the order counter looked fantastic. I'll definitely be back!

First timers, the food was delicious. We had tacos de bistec and al pastor as well as gorditas. We left satisfied with the food and service. Im definitely coming back

I had sopes de lengua (tongue). Delicious! I'm not interested in trying anything else, but it's very busy so I'm assuming everything else is good as well.

We went on a recommendation, and it was ok. I did not like the enchiladas I ordered, but we did like the Topes my wife ordered. We had good service and the places clean.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The service was terrible, it took forever to get someone to take my order and to receive the food. The employees were just sitting around as my order was ready but never brought to me. Mainly because my order was marked as to go even though it was clearly understood that I was dining in. Also, part of my order was missing. I ordered 2 pastor tacos and 1 carnitas, they were super tiny to be nearly $3 each. The pastor meat was soaked in oil, I had to use a napkin to soak some of it up prior to eating it. The agua de jamaica was overly sweet. I wouldn’t not recommend this restaurant, there’s several other taquerias in the area with better customer service and food.

The service was not friendly at all, there was no acknowledgement of us walking in and the only question asked to us was: what are you going to order? Not even a “Hello”.

I ordered 3 al pastor and 3 bistec, the pastor meat was soaked in oil or lard, super heavy on condiments in an attempt to “hide” the strong pork flavor (there’s a way to cook it to get rid of that). The bistec tacos were also soaked in lard or oil to the point of making the meat chewy, not soft from the cooking but for it being in lard for a long time. I was so upset and disgusted I threw away the box before taking a picture of the tacos. I went ahead and poured my hot Coca-Cola (yes, no cold beverage available) in a cup of ice only to find a hair! That’s what triggered me to post this! A bit over $20 in the trash.

Called them Thanksgiving Eve around 1: 30pm, desperately looking for 2doz tamales for dinner. At first they told me they couldn’t do it so I thanked them and hung up. Got a call back about 10min later telling me they could have em done by 5pm. With salsas, beans and rice as sides.
Giant pork & red sauce tamales, incredible taste, impeccable customer service. Extremely happy. Thank you!

This place used to be good years ago. It went down for a while and I think it changed management. Then, they decided to expand, and hike the prices to make is pay for it. The worse part is that quality went down the drain! I just got my tacos, and yhey were as cold as if I had gotten them from the refrigerator! The tortilla broke right away as when the tortilla has not been warmed enough, and they had just served them to me. The flavor is barely there.last time I came was 6 mo ago, and I also left greatly disappointed. I hoped it had gotten better but it didn't. I regret coming here. I definitely do not recommend it.
