Taqueria La Super Hueva (Food Truck), Houston TX

My favorite street tacos, love all their salsas and they are so spicy, and not a lot of food trucks have them like this.so I loved the red salsa.

Came to order food, the wait was around 10 minutes despite no one else being around. When I came to the front to wait for my order I saw the cook handling food without gloves and making the food I ordered touching the buns with no gloves. When I asked them about it they said that they have ordered gloves but it hasn't come in yet. I told them I can't eat their food if they handle it with their hands they simply stated I wouldn't get sick. They don't care for customer health. To not understand basic food handling safety is insane. Never coming here again.

3 stars for lack of consistency. You cannot order ahead but Ive never waited more than 10 mins for my food. I definitely recommend this taco truck for steak lovers. Steak is hot, juicy, seasoned well with very minimum fat. The chicken is tasty too, but always dry. You'll definitely need sauce for the chicken tacos, especially once adding the onions and cilantro. I always add green sauce, lime and Honduran crema. I also recommend the Machete which is like a super taco in a fried shell. Last, sometimes the tacos are stuffed with meat, other times stingy with meat. We never know what we're gonna get but food is always hot and fresh. Pics show the inside of a chicken and steak machete.

Always bomb tacos, and at a good price! Salsa is on point as well they're usually open at night I believe

Everything in this place is good, from the regular tacos, to the burgers, gorditas, everything is delicious, I’ve been knowing this guys for like 5 years and I can say they always keep the quality as well as the portions, they are really well served if you like onions and cilantro they have the perfect quantity and you can never forget the red onions with habanero personal favorites are tacos de pastor, machetes and gringas. Can’t get disappointed with this, hands down the best tacos in Houston!

Great for that authentic Mexican flavor. Updating: I always keep my composure and wait until 7: 00 to go over there. I am disgruntled today as I wish they offered delivery or Uber eats or doordash or SOMETHING as I cannot get out to drive over there and am CRAVING those darn tacos. Now I have to be adventurous and try somewhere that has delivery available and my fingers are crossed. Hopefully one day this option will be available.

I had to take my 5 stars away unfortunately. I love their food, but they never open on time. Their schedule says they re-open at 6 pm and I’ve been there over 30 minutes and they don’t open.: (

The food here is super good 100% recommended 10/10 the campechanas are one of my favorites. If you do go, I assure you that you will not regret it.

They never answer the phone I call cause I want eat on my home but this happen like 5 times already that I call and never answer cause I need yo go and place my order there but take too long

Today was my first time getting tacos and a burrito from this taco truck. By far it is not as good as people say it is. Over priced for inadequate food. Maybe people in sw Houston can eat it but I will stick to the taco trucks in second ward since those haven't changed the quality since I can remember from the 90's.

I wanted to feed me and Manz for less than $30. I wasn't looking for high quality, but d*mn that's what I got. Everything was SO GOOD. The Machete was as long as my forearm, and crissspy. The Gringas was super flavorful and surprisingly filling. The pineapple agua fresca was sweet but not syrupy.
9/10 would recommend.

As a person who really loves tacos, I was deeply surprised to see how delicious and perfect they make it here! This little food truck is so much better than popular and expensive restaurants! The meat is fresh, the taco shell is soft and tasty and the staff is very friendly! It's my 2nd time I eat here and they are consistent with the good quality! Always happy to eat here!

Great tripa tacos! Plenty of meat for street tacos, everything was tasty and in point. Agua fresca needed little bit more flavor as the cup is filled with ice.

Food was pretty good I got a pastor torta and it was good just felt like it was missing some flavor. The green sauce isn’t too spicy. The torta had lettuce, tomato, avocado and the meat of my choice. It was around $8 which isn’t too bad since it was huge. Could have been toasted a little more in my opinion. But definitely satisfied my cravings.

I’ve been looking for a good Mexican food truck and I just found my go to! Their food was absolutely amazing. It has so much flavor and was very affordable! 10/10 I recommend:)

I love the burgers here they are delicious the only thing they almost never answer the phone

After discovering this place i went back 3 nights in a row and was never disappointed. There is no wrong choice but I recommend the fajita and barbacoa. Thinking about going back as I type this review
