Taqueria La Tapatia reviews
26Got the cheese enchiladas n a tea my enchiladas were great n the tea is good great atmosphere.
Great food and service were usually order to-go but once in a while we do dine in. Tables are separated by plexi glass and you must wear a mask until seated. Food comes out hot! Thanks!
Ordered Carne Guisada w/ Cheese and Chorizo w Potatoes, (the potatoes didn't taste like they were fully cooked), very little flavor. Extremely disappointed.
I ate in with 4 other people and we all had at least one complaint.
FOOD: Bread on torta was soggy, meat wasn’t lean enough, order was wrong. It was OK, but not to my expectations.
PLACE: The place was a bit dirty; the restrooms needed cleaning and the floor was visibly dirty. There was also crumbs on my seat when I got there.
SERVICE: The waiters were nice, but got 3 of our orders wrong. One order wrong was particularly a bothersome mistake. We order 2 large orders of a la charra beans to-go, but she gave us REFRIED beans instead. Who in their right mind confuses this?
Overall, I wouldn’t choose to come here again in the near future, but I guess one day I might be up for it again.
Service was fine, but the food was bland. Margaritas were okay, but had an after taste. I was not impressed.
Very good and very good drive thru they put everything in the bag without us asking for anything thank you for your service
Really like the pork mexican style ribs on Thursday. It's the special and it's great. Beans are okay but everything else is great.
My favorite little Mexican restaurant, we go here 2-4xs a week, fast and good with reasonable prices. Cameron El Diablo is one of my favorites
Food was good but a little cold by the time i got it. Now the server was bad took forever to take our order but she was chit chatting and never came back to check on us.
Me & my family visit everytime we come to SA. Love everything about this restaurant food, environment, portions, prices, and staff! Best barbacoba!
The price is great and the food is even better. Very clean inside and they also have drink specials!
It is a clean place. The waitresses are sort of rude n dont come to check on you. Ive been here more than 4 times dont think im going back. The food has no spices no flavor but sure charge you. Low quality food taste.
My favorite southside Mexican restaurant. Love the food, love the prices. Great food any time of the day!
I'm not an expert on Mexican food, but I grew up eating Mexican (my Mom's). But 1st my wife had a torta de carne asada, never seen asada in a gravy, she was happy at all, I had chicken flaunts, how do you mess up chicken? ! We don't live here, if we come back to SA, we won't eat here again! Service was so-so, cleanliness was okay. The pic is after my wife tried to spice it up.
Very good Tec-Mex cuisine, friendly staff, attended quickly and at least to specials around $5.99 daily!
Food is really great and at a great price! Good sized portions. Margaritas are muy bueno and the tres leches cakes are delicious.
It can get crowded on karaoke night. So if loud, off key, over the top singing is hard for you to swallow, just skip that night and go on a night where the only thing you have to swallow is your meal.
Great Food and Services were also high standards and quality. Definitely will go back again for the hospitality.
Always HOT & DELICIOUS ️
Love the breakfast tacos. Fast and friendly service from the staff.
Our first time eating here not our last it was amazingly fresh and authentic Tex-Mex style food with a huge variety sorry no vegans or unisex bathrooms, but if you can put your politics asside for a half hour you'll love the food.
