Taquerias Arandas reviews
15 If you like paying for someone to mess up your order, this establishment is for you.
If you enjoy dining at places with the weakest customer service possible, you should probably place an order.
If you love fighting for your money back when they screw your order up, then I can't recommend anywhere else better.
But if you like paying for food worth the hard-earned money in your wallet, and supporting businesses that respect their customers. I can recommend anywhere but here!
The one stars do not lie move on, this place is not worth a chance, or even chances.
Ordered a taco dinner but they seemed to have forgotten the order. I waited 20 min at drive thru window before they came back and asked what I ordered. They did charge me as soon as I got to the window but forgot it soon after charging. They gave me corn tortillas when I ordered flour. The tortillas were so cold they just broke when I grabbed one. Very little rice that was not even half of the already smallish portion of the carry out container. I actually asked the one who gave me the bag if it was empty. She just apologized for the problems and I left. For $17, you would think you would get something enough to eat not 2 very small tacos and little rice. Cold, wrong order, no food and extreme delay. Find somewhere else to spend hard earned money.
Food was good but the server wasn’t.she did t offer many any chips just brought me a menu asked what I wanted to drink and if I was ready to order. Like I was in a hurry to eat and leave.
Got my order wrong got the tacos no salsa dry limes also order a Jamaica and got a lemonade that tasted like lime peals told them the drink was wrong and the lady tried charging me for the mistake to be changed “great customer service”
It's the location. Compared to the one at wayside, we don't get this kind of treatment in the hood. Even the food taste better here
We were in La Port for a baseball game, before heading back to Santa Fe.we wanted to eat, stopped at New Orleans Seafood, but they were getting ready to close in 40mins, so no service. Luckily we found this place. We were so pleased with thier service.smile, and delicious food husband and I will definitely come bavk here.
Went to the drive thru only to have call in orders cut in front of me. I got tired of waiting so I just went somewhere else. The food is not all that great, just go there because it's close to my work.
Food was horrible my son's chicken nuggets were burned the fact that they actually packaged it and gave to a customer is crazy.
Meat doesn't have much taste and the charro beans were horrible.
First time…I ordered chicken fajita nachos and got shredded chicken. Not good and the chips were soggy.
Worse experience. I am never the type to leave reviews because I understand the service industry and that restaurants can have off nights but we ordered a DoorDash at 8: 30pm it was three food items- one kid’s quesadilla, one enchilada meal and one large quesadilla and two drinks. It took till 10: 15 to actually get the order and this is after waiting till 9: 30 to go in and see why it was taking an hour. Then got completely ignored by the staff. The First Lady asked us what we needed after 10 minutes then when I told her we ordered a DoorDash and gave her my name she looked at me crazy, walked to the computer and didn’t say anything to us until she handed us our food about 35 minutes later. Then when we told her there was two drinks she walked to get them and started talking to a customer about their order and never brought us our drinks. We had to ask someone else to and we finally got them. The kicker is that when we got home and unsealed our bag that they completely forgot my daughters kids meal. This was the worst experience by far simply because there was no communication, no acknowledgment of our wait or the fact that we waited almost three hours for three very simple meals.
In from out of town, this was recommend by coworkers and did not disappoint.wonderful service, great food, and fast.
Popular Mexican food destination. I've been there enough times to now know why it's so popular. The food always has great flavor regardless of what you order. Only thing I would change.bring the mojarra back. Staff is always so attentive and courteous.
I've been here five times. I only got food poisoning once. Other than that, good is delicious and cheap. The staff is very friendly.
The food is ok. The elote is so gross. I ordered it because the one on I-45 S is really good. I'll stick with that location even though this one is 5 min from me. It's worth the drive to gulf freeway for better food. This service here sucks. They just stare at you when you walk in. We even had to get up to keep getting our waitress. I'll order to-go next time but stick to tacos only since the fajita is ok.
Still good but prices are getting up there and I’m seeing less people which is not good to see at many places of biz
