Great associates but a store manager who lies and has no customer service skills. Pray you don’t have any issues with your order and need the store manager’s assistance.

This particular Target is very clean, employees very friendly and helpful. This place is never crowded which makes shopping nice & fast checkout

The associates at Target Coffee shop were Awesome. I am not sure their name, it might be Christy and the other rep.

I love my neighborhood Target. It's in a great location and finding merchandise is easy because of how organized it is. I can easily spend two hours looking at everything. The store felt very safe due to everybody wearing a mask and the greeter cleaning the carts.

The customer service is always great. Upon walking in, I had the greeter welcome me in and complimented my shirt which was very nice. I then had Dominique also welcome me in as well and tell me about the rewards card. When browsing for my groceries I was asked if I needed help by an associate who was restocking the cereals. It was very nice to have her ask me if I needed help because they were in the middle of a project and I thought that was very thoughtful and customer first mentality (some other businesses don't see if the customers are doing well when they are restocking/replinishing). While checking out, I had Dominique come over, take an item off that I accidentally scanned twice, and was very nice and positive about it. Dominique then mentioned the rewards program again. Though I didn't sign up, it was great hearing about it when I first walked in then again at check out. Dominque was extremely friendly from the beginning and super nice and helpful. Shout out to not only Dominque, but also everyone else who I encountered who made my experience great. Y'all are fantastic!

I always receive good service at this Target. I’m not one to share reviews often but I had a REALLY bad experience at another Target which led me to post the 5 star rating for this location. I can only imagine how challenging it is to manage a retail store in one of the busiest areas of Houston, so to continually receive good service and respect, speaks volumes. I’m not disappointed when I shop at this Target and I’m not hard to please. Being a customer, my only ask is to receive decent service and it is achieved at this Target. I can see why the rating at this store is high. Might be a good example for other Target stores to follow. I’m happy this one is closer to my home.

Target has what you need to get through your day, and even if this location doesn't compare, it's still manageable. Staff do their job and you can get in and out quickly. Do take note of the cons of this location, which includes:
-There isn't as much to buy vs other locations
-Interior materials haven't aged well
-I wouldn't trust the drinks sold at this location

If you can, I'd shop at another Target, but if you need to stop at this particular location, you can still get something out of it.

I absolutely love the workers there they truly are really nice to customers and you can find anything you are looking for! I want to say thank you to Brandon who works on the electronic section where he instantly saw us and asked us for help which we needed he was a kind person! One of the best workers ever!

What is up with this store? Who manages it? It is little more than a junk shop. It is so out of line with other target stores. I have tried three times to give it a chance for convenience sake. It just gets worse. All posted prices are incorrect when checking out. All full size mirrors were broken and repackaged. Shelves were bare or disheveled. What is the connection with the army recruiting center there?

Had an extraordinary experience at the guest services. The lady worker went the extra mile to help with my need in the return policy of a gift card. She made my day!: D May God bless her <3

Because of this location i have phobia of Target now.after my visit to this location.and the terrible experience i had by the MOD that night.and everyone else was just helpless.i never shop at Target in any location coz that horrible experience still in my memory.they are BULLY
BE AWARE.don’t be nice and friendly.be prepared and put your ugly mask and Enter.coz they don’t respect you but they might fear you to show some respect and have little manners.

Stopped in this afternoon looking for men's athletics shoes. I was blown away at the lack of selection for men, while the women's section had several rows of shoes. Does this store only cater to women now? Unreal.

If I could put no star I would, just for the simple fact of how rude the employee “TAMMY” was. She should be ashamed of her self for being so rude & nasty to a kid.

Went there this Fri.morning. Had only one register open & the light wasn't on. I wasn't impressed w/ the cashier; didn't treat me like a customer should be treated. Why on earth would a customer want to be called 'sweetheart'; that cashier showed no respect toward me (as the customer)! Just overall pathetic the way they treated me.

Chris and his caring Staff make this a Pharmacy to go to.some of the former Residents in the Briarwood area transferred their prescriptions here. Its easy to get to off either Fondren, Westhiemer or Richmond. Always clean and most prices super low.

Went to the Starbucks there. The "barista" had no idea how to make a latte. A latte comes with a scoop of foam on top. What she made me was a dry cappuccino. There was less than half of a cup of the latte when I got through the foam. They definitely need to be retrained.

I called to purchase a Mini Nintendo Classic NES they verified they had some in stock by verifying with electronics. I was on my way to Pearland since I knew they had some for sure but that location is a 30 minute drive. This location however is 10 minutes. I show up just to find it they had sold out a day ago. I could have been half way to Pearland if it wasn’t for them. Terrible!

The manager Ashley this night is so rude, she takes her time do everything real slow, act like diva takes 30s to answer u back like she didn't hear what u said and the Ton is really rude and bossy. If u don't like your job stay home. I came in to exchange some items real fast it took 45mn i had to leave. I'm so irritated. Worst manager ever.

Not so big, not so small. Parking lots are enough. Not so much options for food. Prices are lower than wallmart
