Department Store Target reviews
21I despise this Target in very way possible. The store is very dirty inside, it lacks any real selection, the grocery section is a joke!
First of all, there are many people not wearing mask in the store. They come in with mask and just walk around without it. I felt threatened to walk around the store. I even mentioned it to the customer service and they didn't do anything about it.
And I was looking for thermometer and saw some from baby section. I looked around in pharmacy section to see if they have better one for the adult and couldn't find it. I asked this older gentleman who was working around pharmacy section and he help me but I couldn't hear it clearly through his mask, so I walked up to the front again and asked where is thermometer in pharmacy section, guy and a girl told me to walk to pharmacy and I said I was just there and cannot seem to find it in pharmacy section can you help? Or look at your device or something? And guy started helping me but a girl went "its all sold out" without trying to help or anything. I told her I just saw some from baby section and she just kept saying it's all sold out. And did not even want to help or talk to me. That really made me furious. First she didn't trust me even though i said I saw it, second, it just seemed like she did not want to help me. The guy said can you show me where you saw thermometer and I walked towards baby section and showed it to him. There were 3 different varities. Then he told me to go to section A35 there will be thermometers. There was one kind for pharmacy section however, they had at least 10 in stock.
As a customer, it just makes me furious and it was such an unpleasant experience at this target location. I give one star because this older gentleman tried to help me and the guy who looked up online to find to see where it was located. However not following regulations for covid, and just ignoring customers like that gets -1000 star.
This is the worst Target I've ever been to! The employees here are very mean and rude to the costumers. This branch of Target should be ashamed of themselves. This Target is a disappointment to the world and it doesn't bring the family friendly vibes that other Targets bring.
The cashier is nice and friendly, but the management doesn’t follow Target corporate policy. Second time went to the store, and I was told that pricing matching isn’t allowed on multiple items, I stated that Target corporate didn’t have that policy. The supervisor said because they make their own rule on price matching.
Usually I have a hard time finding things at this Target as the layout is not what I am familiar with. Although it seemed like an item which I requested was out of stock, Angel quickly found the item and located me in the store to meet my request. His above and beyond service made my day.
Target always, ALWAYS shows they care about their customers. The customer service is second to none. They also offer lots of great brands and products at great prices. You just can't beat Target.
The Employees make a big difference. Two young men Arthur and Jorge were so helpful and excellent today at the Addison Store. I asked them to never leave! Please take care of them. You have had some bad lazy people there that wouldn’t help you. Arthur and Jorge went out of their way! Thank you
Customer service is amazing. It’s about the people, then the products. Everyone loves a one-stop shop.
Apparently this location offers free overnight parking for 18wheelers and sketchy RV's plus extended parking for drug deals and random people with no where else to go. No purchase necessary!
Worst target to go to in the morning. Just needed to buy a foundation.couldn’t do so without the staff hovering over me like if I was about to steal or something smh. Lady who looked like a manager even paged someone to go over there without me asking. Super awkward.
Target always has a well stocked store with staff that serve this customer very well. You also have large isles and your stores are well lighted so we can see.
Accessible location. Kind staffs. I could buy salads here. Also they sell some symbolic key chanins of Dallas and Texas. I like it
Had a great time at Target today there clothes line is getting much better, and they have more stuff for all my animals keep up the good work!
Close to my daycare. Crunched for time. Great Experience. BUT Had to stop at TWO registers. Made my electronics purchase. But had to go to the fron t register to pay for my beer. Weird Tpm Thumb always lets me purchase my money order and pay for any store shelf items I may have at the customer service booth. But every store is different. Made it to daycare on time Thank God. Didn't have to hear them whine at least. Thank You.
The store itself is pretty clean and has good service.
Plenty of parking available.
I am not from the area but I felt the store location is not the best. I have found plenty of other target stores in well lit areas that have a safe feel to it.
Great store and great staff. I am always greeted and asked if I need help finding something. Everything is very organized and clean. The check out process is always fast and easy. I wish this was a super Target so I could shop for groceries here instead of Walmart.
Stopped to get my favorite beer while passing through town. Got to check out and was rudely informed I could not purchase because it was Sunday. Maybe put signs in the beer section? Or have a nicer staff? Not all of us live in states where there are such restrictions.
The Target is great, but near the dressing room there is old rude employee. She treats me like I am two years old. When I was done changing, I opened the door and the door almost hit this other customer walking by. She said in a VERY rude way: “Look out, you almost hit her. ”
I was like, “Um, sorry? ”
Another time she yelled at me for putting my unwanted clothes in the wrong bin.
This moody old woman needs to be fired, she doesn’t deserve such a job. She gives TERRIBLE customer service. Everybody else does a great job.
I stopped by target today because I was looking for a concealer to hide a bruise and Cindy from the beauty department was extremely helpful.
Maggie was great. However, was very disappointed to find they don't actually price match. They only price match if their device finds it, despite what webpage you want to show them. Unfortunately I needed this item today and they were the only store nearby that had it stocked, so I paid almost twice had I went to a retailer that doesn't overpriced their merchandise. Very disappointed, will avoid target as much as possible now.
