To be honest your sales on diapers are the best! I love that I get gift cards for my next purchase! Keeps me coming back! Also your curbside pickup is the bees knees!

It’s always so easy to order and pickup with no minimum purchase. It’s so helpful for older people and as I said so EASY!

Love this store, employees are always friendly and the store is well stocked and maintained but super important is the store is always clean! W’re new to the area and this is so appreciated after coming from a large metroplex where shopping wasn’t always pleasant, so THX!

I went in today to for a microwave stand and Jasmin who work there was so helpful and she help me getting rain boots. She great customer service and I went in on 4 24 2020. She is awesome.

Never do site to store here. I tried sending my godson, little cousin and nephew all gifts for Easter and even forfeit a coupon to do separate orders so each of their respective parents were the only authorized pickup people. Even did the orders on separate days. This target gave EVERY last item from every single order to the first person to arrive. When I called to complain about this egregious practice, I was told the problem was that my name was listed on all orders. Despite me saying I understood that, because OF COURSE my name was on all of them as the person who paid (but not the pickup person), the manager just kept repeating it to excuse not checking names or identification or even verifying who was to collect what order. I'm in another state, but this is the 3rd I've lived in in 5 years. I've made countless online orders to target. This target would be the absolute lone location that doesn't require the authorized pickup person be present to.pickup. They are also incapable of correcting their own errors, and I am having to follow up with corporate to correct Waco Target's issues with following their own protocol. Do NOT recommend trying this simply for the hassle of fixing their errors.

Even with the power outages Target came through and did what they could to help the community and open their doors to allow us to get some supplies.

I love the Target in Waco.always clean, and organized. And great human resource dept doing the hiring of friendly and sunshiny employees whom make everyone smile.

This is more about Target as a whole. Since covid things are different and I try to make allowances for that. However 2xs I ordered something from them. 1st one was curbside which was a disaster. Their system is so messed up the poor sales people were running everywhere. Then they didn't have over half of what I ordered but didn't bother notifying me until I was already there! 2nd time I ordered I decided to just have home delivery. They messed that up too. When I called to inquire about my order and why it has not shipped yet the young man was in such a hurry to get me off the phone and kept trying to lie to me about the status when I could see it clearly online. When trying to explain to him I could see the status he hung up on me. I called back asked for supervisor who again gave me another excuse and a new tracking number plus a 5.00 gift certificate for my trouble. Only problem is the tracking number was a non valid number! I am so over using Target!

Not sure the floor people running the staff understand the social distancing idea. Hard to stay apart when checkout lanes are only one apart and people back up into the aisle. Wish I'd had my phone the other day.self checkout was busy, out of ~20 checkout lanes, they had lanes 3,5,7 and 9 open and all with at least 1-2 people waiting. Why not spread the lanes out to the other end since you can go in or out either way? Makes no since to crowd everyone at one end and then make them wait and get backed up next to each other.

Well stocked, easy to find items, spacious rows (not too close together), well lit, clean, and friendly staff.
