Department Store Target reviews
18I enjoy shopping at Target, but some of the employees need a refresher course on how to be courteous.
I love the cleanness at Target most of all, the staff is super friendly and very helpful and the product is bight quality.
If you like spoiled produce with bugs that gets stared at by employees and left, this is the store for you.
If I ever bought produce here that I actually get to eat and not have to immediately trash, I think I'd die of an actual stroke from straight up shock. The produce department needs an act of God
Had an issue with a coupon and Cole was incredible and helped us out! We were just gonna give up on it but he went out of his way to assist us and made sure we walked away with exactly what we needed. Thank you Cole!
Great selection, very clean and huge dollar section too! I guess not all targets have the little snack bar in the front anymore, so that was a little disappointing. Also keep in mind that this is a college town so it gets wiped clean in the home essentials se room when the kids go back to school!
Sitting in the drive up currently and so far 4 cars have pulled up after me and already received their order. The last time I was here they didn't deliver half my order. I had to ask where the rest of my order was and sure enough they left it inside.
Huge shout out to Cole, Allie, and Gabi for going above and beyond to help fix an error on a return that become extra difficult due to an error on my part. They were incredibly patient and tried anything they could think of to fix it and solved the problem. They maintained a positive attitude through it even when it was seemingly impossible to solve. Their hard work and patience helped me save some much needed money that I would’ve otherwise lost!
Emily and her fellow Cosmetics/Beauty Team Members were extremely helpful to me today, highly recommended visiting the new Ulta Set-Up at this location!:)
Stopped by this local target today after work, and two of the self checkout terminals were down. However, the young man, Steven, who was overseeing them was so polite and engaging with every guest. He struck up a conversation with two little ones and gave them stickers while their mom scanned groceries, and greeted everyone. I don’t usually write reviews but he was so polite and it was refreshing to see! I hope they pay this guy well!
Lately the produce display cabinet stink. My guess would be dirty cleaning cloths. They smell like B. O so badly that left without making a purchase twice. It is not the people shopping, it is the displays holding the fruits and vegetables, etc. The manager should look into this.
A manager at Target needs to see this and fix it. It is unsanitary and probably full of bacteria.
I had a great experience here. We are from Dallas and came here to buy a shower gift and wrapping before the shower. We easily found what we were looking for. The store was well lit and easy to navigate. The employees were helpful.
Well I am saddened to say this is my first really bad experience with a Target and I have lived in several states… It all started with a grill. I looked online for a charcoal gas grill combo and saw that target had one and it was the cheapest I found! Yay! So I figured I’d go in and and purchase it so I could by a cover that I knew fit it. I get to store and can’t find the grill (forgot phone in car) so I asked this young man who was filling online orders to help me. Tommy did and was diligent and looked for grill several different ways (sweet young man great work ethic) until a manager interrupted and intervened. Allison sent Tommy’s away and asked to help. She spent less than 30 seconds “looking” for grill, couldn’t find it, told me that all were on clearance and it probably sold. Went back to car, looked on phone, ordered it and picked up from same location 20 minutes after Allison informed me she probably didn’t have it. Bad manager!
Rude employees. They treat you like your trying to rob them or with no respect or gratitude for shopping in their store. Hate to say my fave store might be getting like Walmart.
This store is pure trash. I am a faithful Target shopper but will never return to this particular store in Denton, Tx. Jonathan one of the store managers is the rudest person I have ever encountered. The store is also dirty and unorganized. The high standards that Target claims to have is not reflected in this store.
Bryce in the optical dept was so friendly and helpful to myself and my husband. He helped us pick out 3 frames and was patient and did a great job explaining everything. He made the whole experience very easy and pleasant.
Emily in customer service is a gem! She helped us with two separate customer advice transactions and had a great attitude each time. Made us very happy to be customers of this Target!
Rody fixed my phone. He is an awesome young nan. Very knowledgeable about the phone and a pleasure to sit and talk with while he fixed my phone.
Had a curb side pickup order today. It was for a single item, a 25 lb box with a semi fragile item inside. The red headed female associate came out and was rude when she arrived to my car then swung open my passages door so hard it bounced back at her. She threw my item into the passenger chair, and then proceeded to slam my door. Awful customer service.
