I was in here a few weeks ago and i lost my purse i went to the front desk and asked several employees and everybody was helpful and nice but they didnt find it but i stayed around and another employee came around and i asked him and he found it, im thankful to everybody who helped and some customers and employees who lent me their phones to call it and try to locate it

Kearstin A. Was the sales rep for the att store inside the target and has made the whole switching process from verizon to att hell. I told her i had over 400 gb on my phone and she goes ahead and orders the lowest storage possible for the new phones. I wasnt there in person and she won't answer me AT ALL. This att inside target is a joke. I already called 7 locations and since they told me i need to go back to the location to swap them out. The fun part is the att store is only open on the weekend WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE COMMING IN. Spent close to 4 hours already talking to different stores, reps, and customer service. This is just bs.bad job to kearstin A.

Miss Debbie is such a wonderful soul! I’m so glad she helped me check out! On the other hand the hispanic girl with glasses (wish i got her name) was soooo rude for no reason! I know they were stressed because of how many people were there but there was no need to be rude when I wasn’t rude or complaining just asking a question! She didn’t even let me finish my sentence before she walked away!

The grocery department here is terrible. Too small not many selections and the produce area is a JOKE. There is barely anything there at all.

I love Target. I could honestly spend the whole day at Target. They always have the best stuff. My kids and I bought pajamas from here last night and they are the cutest and most comfortable things in the world. I will definitely be going back for another set.

Giving one star cause i love target.but this one guy, Eric that works there is absolutely rude.the customer service hasn't been good here in YEARS.unless you wanna get smart mouthed don't come here lol.i get you might be sad with your life/job but don't be projecting that on others! LMAO

Love shopping here and browsing for future purchases, store is always clean and isles uncluttered.

This place is awesome.
They pretty much have everything you could want and at fair prices.

Found everything I was looking for. Employees were very nice and they gave me a good discount because I used my Target card.

Stood in front of Guest Services for 5 minutes with 4 people staring at me. No one helped me till the 5th person showed up at that point one of the 4 asked that guy if he could help me. So I realized I wasn't invisible but theyhad a kimit of 5 workers before they could help a Guest.

Kind of messy and unorganized. But, I never wait in line and can generally find what I'm looking for most days.

I went to purchase a water color paint set at 8: 58pm that was ringing up for the incorrect price. The customer service rep Layla who is new told me to take a photo after taking a picture Amy the supervisor as she stated said we can’t adjust the price. After asking her to walk with me to the paint isle she told me no I can’t. I then asked for another manager and she said she was the only one I asked again and she rudely said “ I am getting one! ” Roxanne came to walk with me to the paint isle to discover not only was the pricing wrong the ENTIRE two areas had the correct photo with correct pricing when they scanned the items on their scanner. If Amy was customer driven and simply took the time to listen the way Roxanne did she would have discovered it wasn’t just pricing the entire two shelf’s were the incorrect pricing on the barcode but the correct item. It’s horrible to know that their are employees like Amy who took the same training as Roxanne yet Roxanne seems to uphold Targets core values and Amy seemed as though she didn’t want to be there. Amy didn’t treat me fairly as another customer at a self checkout register #160 had MULTIPLE items discounted Layla watched the ENTIRE interaction NOT ONE time did Amy ask her for a picture she discounted the items without hesitation. The discrimination presented by Amy is a disgrace to the Target Brand. Please retrain Amy to be customer driven and treat everyone fair and equal.

Target is a store where I can find what I need. Enjoy the friendliness and cleanliness of Target!

When I shop at Target the store feels more inviting compared to other stores. When I need assistance I team member is usually within the department I'm needing assistance in and does not make me feel as if I'm a bother to them if I need help finding something. Which is another reason why I enjoy shopping at Target team members are always friendly and the checkout line is speedy.

Horrible customer service, We bought a dresser and it was missing some pieces. They responded to us with horrible attitudes. It’s a shame that they have good products but the customer service sucks!

I have ordered pickup items at Target before and the items are ready within the 2 hours as specified.
