16Customer service is very bad, I left my glasses to be replaced thru extended warranty service at target optical on 12/14/2022 and today is 01/04/2023 and still not have them back yet when I called target optical nobody seems to have a solution I asked for manager don’t have one I called customer service no one answered.
Amazing atmosphere! Joseph from Pizza Hut was so kind and welcoming! Definitely coming back!
I did a drive up the day before thanksgiving for diapers and baby formula knowing Target would be closed today and when I went to open the formula seems that it’s already been opened and half of the power was gone which seems to be a return that was put back on the shelf. I’m very disappointed and didn’t know I’d need to check my groceries before driving off.
This location always has what I need and it’s so easy for me to find.
The staff members are friendly and helpful. Store is clean.
I went inside to pick up an order I had ordered online. It was very unorganized. Workers kept walking past me and never offered to help.
Good place to find just about everything. The checkout situation is always a mess though. Lines back up a lot. This location really needs a makeover and update to a super Target, woth the amout of business it does and could do.
I used to work for a Target and this store consistently provides the worst customer service I have had as both a worker and a guest. The guest service managers are the worst (especially one by the name of Bianca) and are too disrespectful to work for this company. Take that attitude to Walmart, they will fit right in.
Rhanika was very friendly and helpful with assisting me with downloading the target app to get coupons and discounts.
Gizelle, assisted with a return I had. Unfortunately, her attitude and unwillingness to provide customer service has driven me to leave a bad review. Don’t work customer service if you don’t have customer service attitude!
Dirty cafe and restrooms, extremely messy displays throughout the store and management doesn't seem to care. Most of the time, it looks like it was vandalized. This used to be a nice store, but it's awful now.
I just left customer service and I wish I would have got the girls name. She had long hair black glasses and a nasty attitude. Why work customer service if you can’t give proper service to your customers. She was very rude and didn’t care to inform me right about the things we needed to do the return properly. I had a picture of the receipt and she stated she needed the physical receipt after she saw me working on trying to get a picture of it over the phone then when I answered the phone she said “seriously” and laughed a bit…. Literally she could have just communicated properly all that was needed to complete the return from the beginning and her time would not have been wasted…
Extremely rude employees and said inappropriate things. Took over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Horrible!
I’ve called every department, they literally don’t answer the phone at all. I’ve called the store a number of 11 times. Was trying to call about my online pickup, no answer.never again.
The filthiest target I’ve ever shopped out. From the moment you enter trash is everywhere. Employees are scarce and even when available to assist, they’re lack luster. They aren’t aware of common basic questions. I’ll never visit again!
Target is in a great location. We went early in the morning. The shelves were neat, the store was clean.
The cashier Jim refused to honor the price that was at the aisle in the store. I explained to him it was the exact same thing and he said he wouldn’t honor it. I explained the ounces, brand, and flavor of dog food was the same. He continued to give me an attitude and hard time and sent me to guest services even though he had no one else in his checkout line. Unacceptable. False advertising. Unprofessional. Shame on you Target
