Horrible experience cashier tiffany is very rude will never shop here again because of her

I always have a great experience at target. Customer service is great and everyone is friendly.

I've been shopping at this location for years and never had an issue until today!
So called manager Tiffany was very rude, had an issue with several customers including myself and did not want to honor sale prices that were clearly in the system! After speaking with the real managers Coree and Maria, they were able to solve all the issues. Shout out to Coree and Maria for saving the day. Tiffany please find another place to work. You are giving Target a bad look. Horrible experience! Oh, turns out she isn't even a manager! SMH

2 hour drive up is a joke. I placed an order round 5: 30pm on 12/22/22. A day later (12/23/22) my order is still processing.: (

Right after I submitted this review, I got a notification that my order is now ready for pick up at 9: 35am on 12/23/22.

Who doesn’t live Target? ! Wear you walk in for one thing, and the atmosphere and aroma fills your basket with items you didn’t even know you needed. Before you know it, you realize you forgot to buy what you really went to shop for and your house has different decor than you originally envisioned.

It is the holiday seadon.only five out of sixteen registers open. Lines wrapped around the store Poor planning by Target in Humble, TX. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Do not shop at this store. There is no one to help you. There is no one maybe two checkers to check you out. If you call, you get hung up on over and over. This is not the ideal place to put your hard earned money.

STL and ETLs need to be more present on the floor instead of hiding. There shouldn’t be 20 people waiting in line during the evening rush hour and only 1 single cashier handling everyone. This is not acceptable. Target, stop making your “guests” work their own register. Do better, be better.

The floor staff are great, store is well stocked. “Guest” service is severely lacking.

I am so proud of Target and this location. I love it and intend on making more purchases in the near future.

Their promise of a being able to pickup an order in 2 hours is bogus. I placed an order for pickup and ended cancelling it and just going in store and buying it. I won't be using the feature at this location ever again.

Jake from electronics was very rude and ruined my experience at this target, i asked him to grab a game for me and once he grabbed the game I wanted he ran off to the register and I wasn’t done. He cut me off several times and sighed when I asked him questions about the price.

I love their drive up service. My order is always ready in less than 2 hours. The service is consistent, and convenient. A Target member alway greets me in the parking spot apon arrival after I've selected on the way. My order is always correct once I get home and remove things from the trunk. I'll always be a Target customer

Not that good I asked for help one time and this one chick gave me this mug look and recently I lost my wallet there then I came back 2hrs later and no result

Received a gift card so I placed an order for pick up. The app kept saying there was no connection every time I tried to change quantities. Checking out was a a different nightmare and the two csr's I spoke to were clueless. Went to pick it up and the kid loaded my car and walked off. I had to get out and ask him if he was finished. Won't EVER do this again!

Pretty good store. Outside looks really nice, still looks fresh even after 13+ years, layout is pretty good, and employees are good at stocking. Overall a good store.

I ordered an “in store item” (Jurassic Park Dominion Toy) for my nephew on Thursday from the Humble location. I received an email confirmation stating my item would be ready for pick up in 2 hours. I called the store for 2 days and no answer. Monday I had enough and went to the store and it still wasn’t ready, remember the toy was at the location-that was the purpose of me ordering from there. The lady takes about 30 minutes to go retrieve the toy. I wouldn’t recommend Target to anyone.

I honestly liked this target for a while but they mess up way too often when it comes to pickup and I spend a lot of money every month here. Today they gave me an 18 count for plates when I paid 10.85$ for 85 count plates. I had to go back there and get them my self too. No sorry or anything. Was pretty disappointed. This isn’t the first time something was missing or I wasn’t given the right item. Maybe I’m gonna start ordering at Walmart again.

Store was clean, and well organized. The dollar spot was filled with all types of goodies that I needed for my classroom.
