Wonderful shopping arena name its all under one roof, neat and clean, strongly recommended for any purchase

No electric carts in store. Someone stole them per manager of the store. Hard to believe. Certain items not in store.

Wish they would collect the shopping carts more often. Sitting in my car and a cart hit the back of my car. Parking lot is full of carts.

Nice area and variety of products. The registers are never open, forcing you to go to self checkout and the lines are always long. The staff isn't very helpful. I saw one staff member arguing and yelling at a customer. You see people stocking all day but things are never stocked. The app will say a product is in stock but when you go it's not available.

Great place for beautiful stuff. I went to this store looking for closet space ideas and they have lots of beautiful selection. I love everything about target. Clean store and they have self checkouts but also regular checkouts that is a plus. It has a Starbucks so I can shop with energy. Lol I will definitely be coming back

The Target in West Plano is always very clean and well organized and the associates are very helpful.

Super fast service when I called needing a very specific toy for a birthday party last minute. Our fault on last minute so we were stressing a little. It was a large item not on the shelf and had to be pulled from stock. Called on the way there after leaving another Target that said they had it but didn’t. I felt bad like I was pushing a sense of urgency on them. They were all polite and didn’t seem irritated with us rushing them and had the item at customer service within a few minutes of us arriving. Thank you everyone in the toy department and customer service area assisting us with our purchase of the Polaris Rzr in such a courteous and timely manner. It was very important for my boyfriend to get this for his granddaughters birthday party the same day.

Y’all need security or loss prevention to be attentive at this store especially in the beer section and door entrance. I witnessed two white teenagers come in and go get fours cases of beers each and casually walk out the door with no problem. I guess because they’re white no one dared to do anything.

I gone to this Target several Times, no real problem but customer service rep in order pickup was a little rude, but change when he saw I really had a pickup, so I gave 4 only because of that, it could have been 5

Saniyah at the ulta beauty counter helped me sooooo much when i didn’t know what i was supposed to be getting from a certain brand so it would work best for my skin.she explained things in depth and was amazing through the whole process.thank you so much! 10 stars if i could.

So I had an order that was going to be brought to my car. I get home and they gave me a broken product!

Brooklyn at this location was so helpful! I was looking for a specific size pants and she went to try and track them down. When she couldn’t find them she offered to order them for me! Great customer service!

Check the expiration dates on EVERYTHING.at this store. We used to love this store on Sunday morning, but now they have had just two people at checkouts every time, and we’ve noticed expired food over and over again. Horrible. Beware. There we at least five of these on the shelf that were expired. There were two other items expired in other aisles before I thought about taking a picture. Updated: Following week having to wait even longer to checkout. Horrible. Will be finding a different store.

Target is the best store in my area, very friendly and quality is so much better than Walmart!
