Target, New Braunfels TX

I typically do not write reviews, but the service I received today at this location was the worst I’ve ever had. I had an item to return with the receipt. When the customer service representative looked at my receipt she told me she could not accept it because she could not see all of the printed information. I explained to her that I received the receipt in that condition. She ask me for the card that I paid with and I explained to her that I paid with Apple Pay. Because the last for digits on the receipt did not match my card, she told me she could not accept the return. I explained to her that when using Apple Pay they assign the last four digits of the card. Even though I knew I was correct she refused my return. I left the store and the merchandise that I could not use in the store. I’m sure I will not be visiting this location again. I wish I could give zero stars.

They told me I couldn’t sit in a basket. No harm. You put things in it all the time. I just needed to get off my feet (they cramp horribly) so I sat in a shopping cart. A CART.no harm or danger. But she was mad and told us to get out. (I’ve done this many times and no other employe has said anything my partner pushes me around.) we are not harming, destroying or disrespecting anyone. I was just minding my own business that’s all. Target mind your own business! Pay attention to those teenagers who yell and push Eveyone around. Thank you.

Disorganized, signage incorrect and shockingly 3 cashiers on a Saturday afternoon. Easily 6 people in each check-out lane extending thru the walkway.

Cecilia was a great help in my target experience! She was friendly and efficient while helping me with my check out. I am thankful for the excellent service provided by her, will definitely be looking forward to my next visit to Target.

They have a lot of get Halloween supplies out right now! This location is kept really clean and everything is easy to find. I love getting an ICEE and popcorn and wandering around the store to check out the great deals!

I absolutely love target stores. But this one just completely misses the mark. Went to the take a quick stroll around to kill time today. The entire store is a mess & it smelled as if the septic system had backed up into the entire store. Spent 5 minutes in there then my sister and I couldn’t handle the smell anymore. Really wish they would step up their game.

This location is so crowded I have to be absolutely desperate for something to stop in and buy. If you like Target, order online

All the areas are well arranged, only the women's clothing area is a mess, a lot of clothes on the floor and nobody cares. They have a wide variety of coffee makers and a large decoration area.there is no longer a food area only to go

This place is so dirty and unorganized. Plenty of staff just standing around doing nothing. Didn’t get pictures of the cosmetics sections but most products have packaging that is open, broken, and/or tampered with. This place is GHETTO. Stay away.

CAME TO PICKUP ONLINE ITEM, ASSOCIATE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I FELT VALUED AS A CUSTOMER, YES I WILL BE BACK HERE SHOPPING AGAIN.

Anne Marie in the baby department was very helpful. Made our trip to by our first crib ever a great one. Inventory was different on the site than what they had in store and she went to the back to grab the crib we wanted. Also, had arranged for someone to help us to the car with it. Thank you so much!

I don't know what happened, but someone decided to dump vegan options and the once great simmer sauce section. I can go to Walmart or HEB if I want this sparse selection. What a shame.

Curbside pickup felt weird. They took a long time and then had me exit out of the app on my phone, and go back in the app to get a new pickup number so that it would make their time "look" better.

Everything was easily accessible, clean, and the staff was super friendly (despite most likely being treated horribly by holiday shoppers). Kudos to this store!

Normally really well stocked and pretty neat. Restrooms are clean and the cashiers know what they are doing.
They don’t try to stock from pallets while they are opened.

I’d like to see the produce section be more accessible to handicapped. More plus size clothing would be nice. Finding larger sizes is an issue both woman’s and mens.

I’d say that this Target is a cut above most I have been in.

I love shopping Target. I have worked at 1 in San Antonio off Walzem and worked at 1 in Waco. Have shopped at Target for about 40 years.
