Target, El Paso TX

Went to return an item and customer service was excellent. No wait times, the clerk was very friendly and the process was quick and easy. I was in and out in five minutes with. Present.

If you place an order for store pick-up, someone can still come in and buy it.

I don't want to give one star but I have to so this is seen. The computer system needs to be changed or something so people can't buy it before the employees get it ready for pick-up.

I had to go to the east side Target to get my item which was a huge inconvenience because I don't have a car.

Not really too much to say about Target I mean it's a nice clean place you can find some affordable good stuff in there sometimes so I guess it's a pretty good place to shop

I always always go here for anything. The clothes are cute and the app always has tins of sales on food brands. This store has always been clean and friendly. It helps that its close and in a good shopping center as well.

Great place to shop but the store don’t have there AC on it’s always hot can’t be there for to long because I start getting sweaty

Store was not clean and having to do self checkout when the store is packed with people and the machines are acting up was not enjoyable.

What's not to love about Target!? You can get what you need and may have really good prices plus a huge bonus. My son seems to really enjoy the store too. To mention that they have a Starbucks to get coffee? Yes please (photo is just a toy my son wanted. Didn't want to put a photo out there like that)

I rated a one star because I visited this target today and this is not my usual target but I was closer to it.however, the main reason I went to target is because they have good quality bras. I was looking for a new bra because I had finished with a medical procedure a month ago. Further, I felt very uncomfortable by the employees that have been working night shift around 2100. I was putting the bra cups over my shirt to see which one I now fit into. I guess the employees assumed I was stealing and had around 5 employee watching me. This mad me feel really uncomfortable. No one asked if I needed help they just assumed. It truly made me upset because I love to shop at target.and I’m not sure if it was because I’m a different race or a female can’t try to be comfortable trying on a bra on the outside of her clothes in-front of a mirror the store has provided. Customer service skill need to be more worked on.

I used to love this Target, and did lots of orders for their delivery service Shipt, but after I did a lot of personal orders for some charities, two of the managers banned me from the store because they thought I was doing more than 6 Target Circle promotional giftcard offers after they told me to only do 6. I followed the rules that they told me and then they banned me from the store. I rest of the employees and managers there have always been so kind and wonderful, but this unfortunate incident has completely changed the way I feel about this store.

Same target you find in every city and state. Staff is ok and the store is clean. They have the same Starbucks and the same menu as well. While it's nice to have a known quantity, it would be better if they stood out. Like on customer service. Which they don't.

Great customer service the cashier was so friendly and kind I believe her name is Q. Target should hire more employees like this young lady.

Need to supervise the cashiers / self check-outs. Supervisors/managers to busy visiting with employees. Not making the customers feel welcome. One greets them and they don’t respond. How do you expect subordinates to be friendly if examples are not established by their bosses.

I've been shopping here on/off for many years (decades- since the nice lady with burgundy hair at Customer service started with the company) and today their customer service was more than pathetic and useless. The girls on the floor are rude and look bothered if you approach them for a price on an item and if your asking it's only because their is no price on the item and your interested in maybe buying it. I didn't do it to bother or annoy them. Caprice looks like she just ready to fight. She can go to the Cincinnati District after work to fight. She's horrible and she rolls her eyes like any other 13 year old. Please don't compare your store or think your any better than all Walmart's. Maybe Food King on Dyer. I will not shop at this store even if a gift card is given to me and I'm sure these girl's treat others the same way. I didn't know these girls from a hole in the wall and I'm sure I'm old enough to be their grandma. They Simply don't want to work and are just their for a check to go get more tattoo's and/or to make it to a drink special somewhere. Disgusting!

I don’t appreciate being spoken to with an attitude by one of the associates at the dressing room.

There was no one at the fitting room so I found a team member who was chatting with another team member. When neither of them acknowledged me I said excuse me is there anyone who can let me into a fitting room? The woman seemed irritated I needed help and wasn’t very helpful, she let me know no one was there which I already knew. I asked again can you please see if there’s anyone? She finally got on her phone to check, found someone and walked off. She was rude, unhelpful and obviously more interested in a personal conversation than helping guests. The staff here are usually caught up in personal conversation and do ignore guests. I come here only because it’s by my house. And I’ve never received good customer service here, management needs to be clued in to their employees. Thankfully the fitting room attendant was so sweet and kind. I didn’t see her name but she was the best:)

Why shop anywhere else. Target is always clean, staff friendly and welcoming. The quality of inventory in the store the best.
