Target, Dallas TX

I am very glad that Target is addressing the concern of having guests behind me in line get service before I do but unfortunately I have had not one but two humiliating experiences with this policy. The first happened January 18 when a register was opened for the line of guests. The person in front of me changed their mind to go get some more items and said I could go ahead. When I got up to the register the cashier point blank said to me “ I only opened this register for that guest, not you” then explained I was told to go ahead. I forgot about it and moved on. Today, in the same store when there weren’t enough registers open, I was waiting, noticed that more lights were coming on so I proceeded to go to one when a manager (I think the employee was a manager) again, point blank told me “Those guests are next, just wait your turn”. Needless to say I feel absolutely humiliated. I have never been afraid to go into a store but now I just really don’t want to be scolded and berated again.

This Target is great! All of the employees that come out to deliver my drive up items are always so friendly! God bless them!

I love Target! I much rather spend my money here than at Wal-Mart or any other retail/grocery store. My only complaint is, that during the holiday season they only have 1 person at the customer service center. It's soooo annoying. Since the start of Nov this year I have come to exchange/return items to this Target about 6-8 times and each time there has only been 1 person. I have came in on weekdays, weekends, morning, night, my lunch break and the line is always long and still only 1 person. I might just have to drive and extra 10 min to the next Target because the one off of NW hwy does not have this issue.

The management at this store encourages their staff to take pride in their work and always put the customer first. I think the staff, particularly management is exceptional at this location.

Quick checking out and ample supply of items I purchase on a regular basis. Prices usually beat other vendors.

I have never have any problem with targeted today both the cashier and the manager refused to give me the 90% off Discount even though it was marked all over the Store. Both cashier and manager were rude.

I love Target. Today's experience was one of the main reasons why. Rafael at the Skillman store in Dallas TX went wayyyyy above and beyond to help me find the very last item in stock that I needed to put extra big smiles on my niece's face for Christmas. I'm going to be the coolest Aunt around and Rafael made that happen!

The staff here are always so pleasant, the store is always clean and well stocked, and the manager (Todd I think) is just so sweet and wonderful at his job (he is so good that I would go out of my way to review a Target)!

Everything you need is here, I prefer this location over the one off NW HWY because the selection is obviously bigger.

I like this target, its very convenient to get here and it has all i need. Staffs are very helpful.

Now we are here and my wife is happy, happy wife happy life. Super clean and aleays friendly and puts ny wice in a great mood and does bot kill ny oo jet book.

The staff is great! Not one of them seemed unhappy to help me. They were extremely respectful and polite whenever I asked them if they would mind seeing if there were any other sizes for certain clothing in nearby stores (and I asked about multiple clothing items). One staff member even noticed I had some shorts and told me about the Target app and how I could use a current discount. It’s always nice to feel taken care of.

Daniel greeted me at Self Checkout. He was very friendly & asked me how my day was. & wished me a good day as I left.

One of the better targets in the area. Can be a little sketchy at times that’s why I’m glad they have security in the area. Staff is usually healthful.

Troy a manager up front provided me with great information and offered to help set me up with direct orders to my house! Love it! 5 stars for this location and for Troy!

Pro: Store is always clean and staff is always nice. Con: They never have more than 2 human registers open at a time. They force you to use the self-checkout machines. As much as Target charge, you shouldn't have to be ring up your own items.

I bought a 65 inch 4k TV from the security manager, Erik, back in December I have never had a better sales experience than with him. I would recommend him for anything at this Super Target location!

I needed some help locating the space heaters today. When I looked to a store employee named Rudy, he recognized I needed assistance and was eager to help. Definitely a positive experience for me at Target!
