Target, Fort Worth TX

I must say, and I cant stress this enough, this is by far the best Target, and probably retail store that I have ever visited. Im 30 years old and I have never been as satisfied. As a regular at Walmarts across the great United States, I have experienced sub-par service and settings time after time. I felt like it was time for an upgrade in my life so I went to this location today. First off the cart, man, let me tell you about the cart. Very smooth ride, clean and felt like I was glided through the aisles. I was so impressed I stopped other guests to ask how their carts handled. Then to top it off, Sharon, my cashier, was so sweet, very fast and helpful. I highly recommend this Target and know that im done with Walmart unless its an emergency. Great job guys! Keep it up.

The person in the toy department I encountered on 7/28/2020 that was completing a reset needs to be fired. This person (not sure if it was a guy or girl) possesses zero customer service skills. I inquired about a product that was street dated for the 22nd and I was told by her/him that it was not being put out until the 1st meaning August 1. I even explained to the person that based on the inventory of their store it was in the stockroom and that I have purchased the product at another store. I wanted to get another one for a family member. Makes zero sense since it has already gone beyond the street date and I along with many other customers purchased this item at other Targets. This person was being lazy and did not want to assist me. I just thank her for the lack of assistance and went to another team member and requested to speak to a store manager. The store manager was unavailable, but a supervisor did arrive and I explained to him the situation. He was very friendly and showed genuine concern. I think his name was Kenneth. He went to the back room with the DPCI I provided and came back out with the product I requested. Now that’s going above and beyond for a guest and that’s customer service at its best. He should be commended for his performance and deserves the recognition for his dedication to customer service. He gets 5 stars. But, I’m only rating a 1 Star because the original point of contact was not very concerned for the customers and needs to have a better understanding of what true customer service is all about. I have been involved in retail at both the associate level and management. The team member in this instance would be reprimanded if I was the manager. You don’t blow customers off like he/she did. You go the extra mile to find whatever it is they’re looking for. All he/she was concerned about on this day was getting the shelves in place. I was not impressed and the lack of motivation on his/her part should be discussed with he/her. I don’t normally come to this location, but because they had the item in stock I had no other choice. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. This store environment lacks appeal. It’s seems outdated compared to other Targets that are similar in size. Ridgmar is about the same size, but their store is much better. It needs a serious update. So, for the people reading this review and giving it 4 or 5 stars you really need to open your eyes.

The check-out clerk was so very helpful in explaining the policies of the Target App. I was really impressed with her knowledge!

I had an order for pick up and missed my day to pick up, tried to reorder next morning and they had already sold it the day before (my final pick up day) guarantee an employee bought it since how could it have been put on the rack the day of pick up. I was lied to by multiple employees after sitting on hold multiple times. I'm disappointed in this targets customer service.

All Target stores near me offer excellent product availability and quality and reasonable prices. Yesterday I ordered an item for in-store pick up. Within hours I got a confirmation email that the order was ready for pick up and when I went to the store I got my order within a few minutes. Amazing service! I’m so happy to have such a great Target store near me.

Love the atmosphere in Target!
Much nicer than Walmart, although it's a little pricier, in-general.
They've got a Starbucks in there, though, which is a big bonus, for me.
I should probably being going here, instead of a lot of other places, really.

This is one of the closest Targets to my place. We enjoy shopping here. Have never had a bad experience so far! They have good deals. Based on my personal experience, its usually busier on Friday evenings. So I would definitely recommend you to come here on any other day than Friday!

I don’t really like this target because they don’t help you but they can follow you around like you stealing I fill very uncomfortable.

I like Target.but not this one. DO NOT grocery shop here because you wont find what your looking for. All i can say about this place is that the the bathroom decor is on point but still pricey.

I really enjoy shopping here. The workers are friendly and helpful. They keep the store clean and organized. Electronics department moved a bunch of things in the last few months. Keep looking / browse, or ask for help. Use Cartwheel app, or the improved Target app with Cartwheel built in, for discounts large and small.

Whatch out for the homeless people that lurk outside wanting money (this happens towards closing time)

Sub-par Target. Always a little dirty, poorly stocked, understaffed. Has groceries, but a very small store. One lane open with five carts in line, telling people to move to self check.

Not a big fan of this Target. It’s not a super Target like most are around here so you won’t find everything you expect to. The produce is pretty limited. I usually came here in the evenings and had no issue with checking out. I have run into a few issues of them not having the items I needed in stock in the beauty/bath area. It’s a good store for needing to grab things on the fly just don’t expect to fulfill your weekly grocery list. I was never able to.

I got cash back and left my money. Customer Service was very nice and got my money back to me without any hassle. Thanks!

Food, electronics, clothing, toys, games, home and bathroom items. Target sometimes has special deals once in a while, like by two games get one free which can apply to video and/or board games together. All target stores are a higher quality than Walmarts

The staff was friendly ANDPROFESSIONAL (they new the store and product information) AND helpful by taking a purchase to my car.

We love target but this one lacks a lot of the brands I expect to find at any target, even some products they just don't carry.

Love the self checkout. Nice staff. I wish they stocked a little better for men. Prices are competitive with Amazon and WallMart. Great for picking up a few things, groceries included!

I will never go back to this store. 3 different employees could NOT find a few minutes to help me, age 62 or my disabled 68 year old sister. If I could rate a negative number it would be -5. I had to rate it one otherwise it will not let me post.

The new Starbucks in this store is filthy. Flies, dirty countertop and 1 poor employee trying to do everything.
