Target, Longview TX

Clean and organized. Everyone is always friendly. Cashiers and employees were cleaning carts and check stands before every customer.several employees asked if they could help me find anything while I was walking around.

The store in Longview TX is always exceptionally clean, the employee's are very helpful and always fast at checkout. The sales are also amazing and product selection and quality is always wonderful.

Masks are not mandatory once you walk in. Not enforceed. Unbeliveable the number of selfish, inconsiderate shoppers inside. Won't be back. Amazon, Trader Joe's and CVS drive through until we have a vaccine.

Target has a great process for dealing with the Pandemic. I think it's handling pandemic better than any other store in our area.

I accidentally ordered pickup instead of drive up. The gentleman who was bringing orders out to cars was extremely helpful and was very willing to bring me my order anyways (even in the pouring rain!).

Staff was very friendly and store was very clean & organized.great to see a big box chain putting customer service back at the front of priorities

They also have groceries, and almost everything Walmart has, but they are alittle more expensive.

Was in electronics to get a cell phone for my mother in law and the electronics associate basically ran away from us talking on her phone so we tried to talk to a manager so we could buy it and tell him what had happened and our complaints fell on deaf ears an was rude to us very Unsatisfied with customer service these days

Amazing place to shop. From chips to Valentine's chocolate to kids toys, clothing and even maternity clothing. They also carry a beautiful selection of beauty products like Pixi, nyx, Maybelline L'Oreal elf and more. Unfortunately Sonia Kashuk's products are not going to be found there any longer hence most her products are now on clearance. Self checkout is available but the line up was huge today around 5: 00pm.

The men's room was horrible. The check out lines were backed up into the clothing section and the manager told me she couldn't open any more registers. It's always like this. If I wanted to wait in a long line to check out I would have gone to Walmart.

Was nice and neat had just about everything it wasset up different from most stores so it was difficult to find some stuff but overall good. Checkout was fast and wasy i went through self checkout

Heidi and Joel were excellent with their customer service skills when it came to a discontinued item that I was trying to find & they even went to the back to see if they had any left. Really appreciated the hospitality.

Terrible customer service in electronics. This was one of the last two places we had to go looking for a xbox one s for one of my kids, for Christmas. Everywhere seems to be sold out (2 weeks from Christmas). We went straight to the electronics dept. We noticed that there were several versions of the xbox one consoles mixed up in the different display cases (about 10 systems) but we couldn't see the boxes well enough to read the box through the glass. My wife asked the guy that was working the electronics area, (since he had been standing there 5 feet away from us and the case), she asked "Do you know if y'all have anymore of the xbox one s's with the 1 terabyte drive in stock? " This jackass responds "Nah I don't think so, if you don't see it in that case, we ain't got it! ", and then walked away. I was like really? I was furious after that response! So, I got to looking in the case and I could see on the side of one of the boxes it said "xbox one s 1Tb", I got to looking around and there were more, there were even some xbox one's in the PlayStation cabinet.after my wife asked another guy that came up from the back, it turns out there were several, although they were the themed versions (which cost a little bit more), the answer to my wife's question should've been "Yes we have them! " or "I'm not sure let me look". None of them ever once, opened any one of the three cabinets and looked, although the second guy did go to the back (which if he would've been paying attention to his job, he might've known there were some in the display cases. Terrible service, too busy to help you because they seemed that they had more important things to do. After I watched them for a minute, I notice that one of them was real intrested in helping the cute little smiling girl three isles down, that was clearly intrested in something other than buying something! Good job Target! You lost about a 500 dollar purchase! We didn't end up buying the system, the extra controller or the 4 games we were after. We did go to GameStop a few blocks down the road and was out of there in 20 mins and saved a lot compared to Target pricing. Funny thing is, I wasn't even price shopping, I just wanted to get my purchases over with and get home. You can give them boys a raise for all I care, neither my wife nor I will be shopping at your broken down store ever again!

Clean and spacious. Good value. Parking is not too bad. Checkout usually seems to be quick n easy.

I will NEVER shop at target in Longview ever again! I had the worst experience, when doing my Black Friday shopping there! They do not support their advertisements and they also make up rules and restrictions that are not listed on any ads or throughout the store (false advertisement & bait and switch)! The target tech lady name Diana was VERY rude and the customer service was horrible! I will continue to shop at Walmart!

It has quiet a verity but customer service is terrible if you need helping finding something good luck.

Great prices and sales. Bathrooms are dirty every time I've had to use them. Lines are almost always to long.

Traffic to get there is horrible. To park isn't much better.shopping wise, the store is clean, a little over stocked.employees were friendly.

This Target store makes it easy and enjoyable to shop. Once you step inside, you immediately notice that it’s nice and bright. The department signs are hanging prominently, which help you find what you’re looking for easily. The aisles are clean and shelves are organized. The workers are friendly. There is a Starbucks conveniently located inside Target. There’s ample parking, of course. And this store is near restaurants and other shops - that is always a plus!

Over priced and they don't carry alot of variety you can't just go there get everything you need in one stop really idk why people shop there maybe the only thing would be better quality clothing then Walmart everything else Walmart has them be by far
