Target, Lewisville TX

I love this store, Natalie at the men’s department is the absolute best she’s super awesome and helpful! When service is this good there is no reason why to go elsewhere. Please make her some kinda trainer we need more Natalies!

Terrible customer service in electronics. I wait for 10 mins and the personal was on the cell phone I press the button to request service and the target employee mark it and went back to continue his call. If he was busy should have let someone else take care of my purchase I knew what I wanted just need to pay it. Go to a different target or order online as I did.

This is probably the cleanest store I have ever been to in my life! Everything was in order and the whole store sparkled! All Target employees that I came into contact with were friendly and courteous. The cashier even made sure I got the sale price on an item by helping me use my Target app to do so. Great store. 5 Stars!

I just visited the this store and an employee/manager I believe his name is Andrew and other employees were following us around, making us feel very uncomfortable and looking at our bags and what we had in our hands the whole time, even getting super close to us at some point. I was with my three kids, it was around 9pm, I have never felt so uncomfortable at target.

Workers here never greet you or want to help you. Plus they are always out of stock of most items you'd want to buy.

Cleanliness, plenty of items on grocery shelves, pleasant employees. Self check out being cleaned after each use.

Very clean and organized. Little to no clutter.

Omg.the guys literally walked with me to each aisle instead of directing me to an item I was looking for. Very helpful and friendly staff. I really appreciated that.

Went for a pair of rain boots, they only had women's rain boots. An edge case, I know, but seriously?

It's just another Target. Not much equality service or assistance from its staff. Too busy talking and talking among them self.

Nice place to shop but I'll never come back here again. Haven't been back since 2014. Try working here. Will give you anxiety and PTSD from how horrible the ETLs and Team Leaders treat you. HR is also a huge joke at this store. Turn over is overloaded.
Find this comment amusing? Try working there and change my mind. I guess it's still better than working for Wal-Mart but the people working here in management are still close to the 8th circle of hell that you will get.

Nice target and people. They did a great job remodelling. Very clean and stocked well. Need to organise and stalk menswear better.

Since renovations quality of merchandise has changed suspects new buyer. Prefer to shop at Kohl's

I used to absolutely love going to Target. Since the redesign I do not enjoy most target stores. In this case it is particularly frustrating. The grocery aisle selection has dramatically decreased in fresh produce options. The retail section now feels more like a Walmart then the wonderful Isles I used to explore while sipping on a rare treat of Starbucks. From what I gather the grab-and-go has been encouraged to make it more convenient for quick stops on the go. For those of us that spent time every once in a while exploring, the pleasure of going into Target has disappeared with the new layout.
