Department Store Target reviews
2016 degrees and a power outage the genius in charge here decides to make people sit outside in a single file line with an empty store while he throws a tantrum amd power trips cause he had to be at work
The store was very clean and organized, all staff members were wearing masks and wiping down surfaces and carts between uses. The wine selection is quite impressive, I’ve never seen a target that had its own beer & wine “mini store” at the front. Overall a very pleasant experience, exactly what I would expect from Target
For the app features. I enjoy getting the cash back applied towards purchasing but I do not enjoy making a trip to Target and constantly leaving without what I want.
Ordering from the app was QUICK, easy simple, straight forward and with a lot of information and I appreciate how accurate the inventory was, how the process for pickup was thoroughly explained.
I LOVE TARGET! It is perfection. Always has what I need and I get discounts through my cartwheel offers on the Target App.
I was looking for a new planter and didn’t find what I needed but I’ve never been to a more friendly Target! Every employee I passed greeted me, and those who didn’t were having conversations with other customers. Very impressed with the customer service here
My order was ready in less than 2 hours and I waited literally 2 mins when I did the drive up pick up.having a newborn and 2 other children this convenience is everything.
Target is great store for all shopping needs, from groceries to clothing. I love that if I need something I know I can find it at Target.
Just used your pick up service and it was unbelievable. I completed my pickup from car back to car in 90 seconds.
My online order was fill real fast and ready for pickup within minute and the only problem was pickup? My husband card was on record for this buy and he had his ID but still the sale person had to call me to see if he could pickup the product! Beside that the online shopping was easy and my order was ready in no time!
The employees are always so nice and friendly. Everyone is so welcoming I greatly appreciate the customer service!
I shop Target ever week. Associates have always been kind and helpful. Never have an issue finding one.
This Target is my favorite location to go to! It’s huge and located in an amazing area when you need to get stuff done! It’s located in front of the Foundry District and near everything else for for your everyday shopping.
Easy. Couldn't find what I wanted in store. Placed an online order and got exactly what I wanted and didn't have to shop the store for it. Best way to shop.
This service (store pick-up/online shopping) is extremely convenient. I had looked in another Target (in person) and didn’t want find what I was looking for. So instead of driving there, and risk for them not to have it. I looked online, saw they had what I needed, I ordered it, and they did the rest for me. All I had to do, was show up. Thank you.
It is my happy place. Prices have come up lately, so I use more coupons and RedCard and Cartwheel. With all of those things, I can shop at Target without it spraining my will to live, like WalMart does. Target is zen. All of the people at the 301 Carroll store are like family.even the optical people and eye doctor Gloria outside in her office.the best Target, store experience ever.
There should have been an online thing like the phone app that I could just drive up and have my order brought out to the car. That was not mentioned when I made my online purchase. Also, since I was buying clothing, they could have offered to sell me gift boxes and I most likely would have bought them on the spot. This is a sales opportunity for Target and a convenience customers would take advantage of.
Because it was fast and simple, love to just walk in and walk out just to pick up what I order!
Normally love this place but tonight was a different story. I have never been inside a store where they actually turn the lights off while you’re still inside. I get you want to go home but this was absolutely ridiculous. Also came over speaker and said registers will be closing down in 5 minutes and you will not be able to complete your purchase. Idk was really strange. I’ve never experienced an actual corporate store that does things this way. I def won’t be back!
My card was charged 3 times and one charge went through the bank before anything was ever picked up. Then order was cancelled without notifying me. Also, I ordered striped stocking and they substituted it for one without asking me. Customer service at Carroll St Target in Ft worth is horrible. Tiffany is one of the RUDEST individuals I have ever been in contact with.
