Target, Irving TX

Went there today for groceries. Just gave my 19mo yogurt and realized it was a week old! Called the store just to inform them and they had me on hold for over 20 minutes. Awful customer service

I love this Target I don't like to attend any other Target besides this one. It's sanitary, spacious, and satisfactory customer service.

Clean quiet store. No deli here but really good for quick few item pick ups. Standard from what you'd expect from Target.

Tonight I came to pick up an order and one of them was missing. The team at the front found one on the floor so that I didn't have to make a second trip. Just a great team great attitude.

Online map of where items are located needs updating. Many things are not where the online map says they are.

Saw a manager yelling at a handicapped employee over a customer broken bottle of wine he didn't clean up correctly apparently

Been going to target for a long time their service has always been good, but on my last visit an employee named Cesar went above and beyond to ensure that my visit there was spectacular. I could see how hard working and dedicated he is to helping every customer who goes through his line. People like Cesar make target the best place to shop at.

Wonderful customer service with the tall guy in optical department he's had a sweet spirit and explain everthing to you as he's doing it. Sorry I forgot his name but you will know him I promise.
