I recently had the pleasure of visiting Target Optical for my eye care needs, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service.

Natalie and Aisha, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process of selecting the right pair of eyeglasses. Their expertise and attention to detail in helping me choose the right frames and lenses were highly commendable.

Natalie was so sweet and informative and had my glasses to me incredibly fast I went in on a Tuesday and by Friday I had my glasses! She made sure I got the best deal while still getting what I want! I 100% recommend coming here anytime you need anything and I will be back when I need another pair

Natalie fixed my eyeglasses. Put a new nose piece on my glasses. I appreciated her help very much. She was very nice to my wife and me.

I was helped by Leslie with my glasses, and she was so patient and sweet. In spite of having a high prescription, Dabne and Natalie stepped in and were very friendly, and all the young ladies were very honest about picking the perfect frames for me. The employees need to be given raises since we no longer hear about employees going to great lengths to make customers happy. Excellent customer service. I hope all the young ladies get promotions or raises. Seeing as how the customer service was amazing, I will stop in and say hello from time to time.

The people that work communicate poorly. I called in and asked them to place my order and I would pay in store when they arrive. That was my exact verbiage. They said they was fine and would arrive in a couple of business days. Almost a week later they call and ask if I am going to pay and I asked if my contacts have arrived they said NO. They said they couldn't place the order until I pay. I could not provide payment at that time so I called the store later to pay. The manger answered saying they are closing the store early bc of a medical emergency. I then call the next day and Leslie told me I need to call back in 30mins bc they cannot take my payment due to opening the store. I call 30mins late no answer. I then call again Leslie answered and I asked if she could expedite my order and she said I would have to wait to place my order bc she didn't know how (even though she has worked her for 2+ months) and that she attempted to contact me but I couldn't pay. She then said it would take 2 weeks for them to come in when the manger initially said a couple of business days. Leslie was not very helpful with situation and was very snippy. I don't understand why it is so difficult to order here and I don't understand why they are answering phones if they cant provide help. Last time I order here it took 3 weeks for my contacts to come in which is why I wanted to pay in store. My spouse has had the same issue.

Natalie is the most efficient, diligent, patient, humorous, and loving human being I've ever met. Not only did she close a deal for the day but also for a lifetime. I was welcomed and comfortable to the highest degree possible. She sets the standard of hospitality and customer service that is unconditional and needs to be offered by anyone to everyone.
