Target Optical, Lewisville TX

Wow! Greatest customer service ever. My experience in Target Optical was phenomenal! I walked in and was greeted by Charloette and it only got better from there. I had an issue with my provider and she immediately got on the phone and got it remedied. She found the exact frames and lenses I requested in minimal time. Charloette was very knowledgeable and informative and was considerate of my time, wants and needs. I've dealt with Pearle Vision for the last 3 years and it was horrible on my last visit to them. I definitely recommend Target Optical and of course Charloette to anyone looking for glasses and Excellent customer service. Thanks a Zillion Charloette for all your help today and I'll definitely be sending everyone I know your way, God bless and thanks again.

Purchased three frames two for me and a pair for my fiancé! Great service, Brittany (I believe/hope that's her name) was very nice and patient with us. Fairly quick turn around, one pair of frames came back the next day

Front desk on point. Great service. Doctor is super nice and very good. No wait, hella discounts. Way better than many eye doctors I have been to outside of a target.

Was there Sunday it was really busy and Mary helped me pick out a couple of styles. I came back today and she actually remembered me and the styles I had picked out. Very impressed with her great customer service I bought three pairs of glasses. Will recommend Mary at Target to my friends.

Can't say enough about the fantastic service I received from the staff at Target Optical in Lewisville. I went into the location this morning and forgot my prescription but Mary was very helpful. Greeted me when I walked in even though she was with another customer and invited me to look around and if I had any questions please let her know. I was overwhelmed by the quality of the selections and the range of styles. Mary was very helpful and asked questions about my lifestyle to help find the right pair for me. I told her I needed to grab my prescription and I would be back later.

Came back and Mary was busy with a customer but Julie was there to assist me. She asked similar questions to Mary and went over the different providers and for those wondering she did not start off with the most expensive pair. She was more concerned with the way they fit my face and how comfortable they were. Was very patient in me going back and forth among 3 styles and then deciding between 3 colors. Julie and Mary are fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very helpful and went over all my options very clearly and I walked out knowing exactly what I had paid for. I will be doing my glasses shopping here from now on! Can't wait to get my glasses after I get back in town from the holidays. Thank you Julie and Mary.

Wouldn't adjust my glasses because she said "I won't adjust online glasses. " She told me to go elsewhere. Okay.

I tried this location after a negative experience with the location located in The Colony. This establishment was the complete opposite. The secretary/coordinator and Optometrist were both great. It goes to show you that all apples don't fall from the same tree.

My wife and I have been clients at this optical shop for several years, and always had a good experience. I got progressive lenses the last time I was there and I've been very happy with them.

The Dr and staff were SO nice to me! I had to have my eyes dilated that day and it was hard to see when picking out my new glasses. Sam gave me her honest opinion and helped me pick out the perfect pair! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a personable office

Service is not the great, but the eyeglasses are priced affordable especially the designer frames

Felt strange going to a target store for something as important as my vision Anyway I couldn't have been more wrong.
Sam helped me decide on what frames to get and I couldn't believe how easy it was and with a really great price. I highly recommend this location!

Went in for an appointment and Dr. Phan realized I was at the wrong Target and saw me anyway; quickly! He is very attentive and helpful. I will be booking my future appointments with Dr. Phan every year.

My glasses took 12 days to come in. I tried to call, they always said they were busy and would give me a call back. Never any call backs, and they didn't even adjust my glasses when I received them. I even had to get someone in another department to find the person who should have been working there. The glasses just fall off my head all the time. Yeah this place is not good.

Do not let Edith wait on you. Not only was she horrible to deal with in person - condescending and rude - she will not listen to the customer.

When I actually called back to inquire about the status of my new glasses order she left me on hold for seven minutes - and when I called back she said she was talking to a friend on another line.

Do NOT dead with EDITH at this Target optical. You will NOT be a satisfied customer.
