The absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced. There’s a pandemic going on and the front desk lady is hanging up on me and won’t transfer me to my officer. If I could 0 stars I would think that would still be too many stars to give such a clown office.

Not sure why we agree to be treated like dogs by people who's salaries we pay. Very unprofessional.

Their approach to mental health is that of we will follow you everywhere with a hammer, and if you veer outside of perfection ever so slightly we will crush you

I would like to say that my probation officer was very nice she listen when I had something to say, she helped me out when I needed it, she didn't even violate me when I couldn't make it to one of my classes because the bus was running on a holiday schedule. She was there for me when my son was being bulled at school she let me handle it in her office. She was very understanding. I would like to say thank you to her for everything she did for me while I was on probation. Thank you very much officer Murray. You are one of the best.

My PO is very cold. Always has a scowl on her face and can't even crack a fake smile when I greet her nicely. Got scolded while waiting in line to take a drug test cause I had my phone out. This place is the definition of unpleasant

They don’t open at 7 am like they are supposed to. I am literally standing outside in the cold now as I watch all of their employees straggle In slowly with no urgency to let the people outside in. This is so unprofessional.

3 years of probation not a single mark. Do what you are supposed to and there will be nothing to worry about.

Probation officers Baldwin called my home phone and left a voicemail message about a softball game and not to tell my son he had court, then violated my son because he didn't no he had court. When I tried to call know one wanted to hear what truly happen. They went to court and told the Judge that I (his mom) told them that my son phone number had been changed. He's had the same phone number since the 6th grade. I never told Baldwin he number was changed. I even printed out the phone records. They system doesn't work.

I have had some bad experiences with Probation offices before especially my home county where my case is transferred from. BUT this office n their MI Department is above amazing. I've been switched through atleast 5 in 2yrs n every one of them have been understanding, helpful, willing and there when I needed them.
Maybe I've been lucky because its the MI Department but they made it worth every second to learn n get back on track.
You have to have the right mind set for Probation to work if you don't than you gonna have reviews like all these bad ones who aren't ready to change. There are ways to do things n of you don't do them their way or in the correct order of course your gonna go to jail.
Its the LAW 1st n foremost. Remember that!

Talking to anyone in the probation office is a complete waste of time. They are rude, disrespectful and have no sympathy. Get out of this line of work if you're not going to treat each case based on the FACTS! Every case is not the same!

If it wasn't for having to give them a start to pay, I wouldn't. My probation officer violated me when I was subpoenaed to court. I even gave multiple documents showing I was subpoenaed and that I had to be there earlier than the subpoena said. I tried to talk to the supervisor about it, she wouldn't even acknowledge the issue! Very unprofessional, seems like they hope they can catch you in something.

These people don't care for your well being, or helping you succeed! Don't miss your appointment! I called to reschedule my appt because of work, but when I reported there was no record of me rescheduling. Now I have to spend 12 days in jail because they didn't do their part! #PISSED

Very sad if you find yourself involved with this organization. Horrible example of humanity. They don't seem to care much as long as they can wrap up the bad business they conduct into a pretty little package taped with lies People take your recorders for protection and a buddy as a witness. You gonna need it.

Supervisor is very disrespectful
Even if you give them respect you will not receive it
Some are good there
But most not understanding
I just pray that that the tables don't turn on them one day just because the paper say we guilty don't mean we are sorry I have to give them a star to post this
