Well organized government facility, you can pay property taxes, registration of motor vehicle at ground floor and some personal documents like birth certificate and others are at the second floor. Employees are nice, prompt and friendly. This place is easy to spot, it’s a huge brown brick building situated at 199 East corner telephone St.

This has got to be the nicest, most well organized "DMV" I've ever been to. Went to renew my tags in the late afternoon and they got to me very quickly and were very polite!

The most unacceptable wait I have experiexperienced. No one is willing to take accountabilty nor does anyone show a sense of urgency. After asking for an explanation to better understand my long wait time for a registration renewal, It was suggested that I have come or return after lunch hours 11-2pm or late afternoon. Very unhappy and will certainly never return to this branch. However, Officer T. Cain was a great help to myself and anyone who had questions, Beth checked me out quickly once I was called by my ticket number in order numerically. Alot of room to make improvements for the convenience of the customer. Customer service goes a very long way in making an experince satisfactory and when asking to understand any discretion.

I love this place. I'm in and out I get my cars registered here i have got both of my titles for my cars here. I wouldn't go no where else.

Please re-train Vanessa on codes and more importantly on customer service. Very unfriendly and unhelpful! She has a huge struggle with this every client, every time. It’s not what she said, it’s how she said it.

I hate this place. The lines are horrible, the customer service is worse, and you need 7 forms just to get a vehicle re-registered.

I have always gone there they are fast and friendly people every time I've been there imI'in and out the most about 30 min.and they have plenty of parking very convenient.

Good take-a-number system there. Plenty of counters to keep waits to a minimum. Gets crazy crowded around lunch, recommend going mid-morning or mid-afternoon if possible. Closes at 4PM.

I HAVE BEEN GOING IN THIS OFFICE FOR MORE THEN 12 YEARS. I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM. THEY ARE V FRIENDLY AND FAST + HELPFULL. I AM GOING TOMORROW AGAIN WITH MY WIFE. I THANK YOU ALL OF THEM FOR THE GOOD JOB.

I'm not one to review the local tax office but this is a well oiled machine. I have lived in several states in the last ten years and this was by far the best experience I have had. Friendly people and fast, efficient service. Gotta Love Texas!
