5Terrible service, one doctor for many patients, they just want to get money, that is the only thing that matters to them, typical of them, waiting requires a lot of patience
They need organization, and to turn on the AC in the waiting room for the love of god. They were not going to test me for Covid till i made a joke about it and then turns out i was positive. I asked them to refer me to a orthopedic doctor they did then gave me the wrong number to call and forgot to send over my information. This is ridiculous
Horrible office. Absolutely zero customer service. 2 hour wait times? Just close down the office already.
Horrible service! This people will make u wait in the call for 30+min and when your about to be next on the line they will hang up the phone and make you wait another 30+min and will do the same thing horrible horrible service!
Horrible service, long wait time and receive an unpleasing attitude from nurses.would give negative star if that was a thing
