They courteous, but unfortunately not even the manager knows how to work with military tax exemptions. I been trying to have my tax exemption transferred and they have only messed the taxes on my property. The supervisor didn’t even know the difference of dates in my 100% approved on my letter and the date that I requested the information. They are absolutely clueless when it comes to these kinds of issues. I been there 3 times already. I’m going to Killeen next time.

Several different clerks helped us. All very polite and professional. Very little waiting time.

Very fast courteous service providing it's not during the noon hour. Easy access with ample parking.

This office did not register my Ag Exemption correctly. They acted like it was my fault. They would not fix it on the spot even though they admitted they made the mistake. They have no idea when it will be corrected.
