The cleaner from Taylor maid STOLE from me! When I mentioned this to management they did not address this incident at all. Also had 4 cleanings cancelled in a row! I used a Groupon for this company and was pleased with my 1st cleaning. 2nd cleaning was also good. When I booked my 3rd appointment cleaner never showed up. Subsequent 2 appointments rescheduled from management were canceled very last minute with varying excuses. Management was polite and apologetic and because at this point due to the cancellations I did not have time to book another cleaning service before my daughters birthday party in only a few days time out of desperation I attempted a 4th cleaning appointment. The cleaner text me that she was going to be late.she showed up 45 minutes after her scheduled time. I left a sealed envelope with a $30 cash tip and a house key under the mat as I was unable to stay and wait on her. When I arrived the cleaner had only left the key under my mat, taken the tip money, and did not clean anything. I arrived home four hours later with no message from her or Taylor Maid of why cleaning did not occur and seeing the money gone. The cleaner said she left because I had bedbugs in my house which is 100% NOT TRUE. She based this info. On a mattress cover that had stains from a bed bug issue a year before that was completely resolved. No communication, just left. The worst part is she is a thief who is going around and entering other peoples houses to clean. BEWARE! I never leave bad reviews but this experience needed to be shared. Such a waste of my time and cost me $30 of my money stolen.

Paid for 2 hours of deep cleaning for 2 bathroom through groupon, definitely did not receive that. Bathroom is still dirty. Don't use this company and waste your money, they dont know how to clean.

Even though their website says they service my area, I received an email after trying to book telling me they do not. I sent a screenshot as backup and they sent one back. The search function requires a Zip code only and they entered my street address to validate.obviously it produced no results. Maybe they thought I would not notice? Don't treat people like they're dumb.

Then they told me that they do not have a central Texas location, even though Dallas (North Texas?) is advertised as an office. All they could offer to solve the fact that I had purchased a non-refundable Groupon was an emailed apology for the inconvenience.

Terrible business acumen - go anywhere else if you can.

Cancelled exactly 10 minutes before my cleaning appointment. Didn’t offer any sort of compensation. Who does business like this?

Edit: I got rescheduled for 3 days later. And they cancelled again. Please do not waste your time with this joke of a business.

I purchased a 2 hour cleaning through Groupon and had my first appointment rescheduled by them (seems to be common based on other reviews I've read). That wasn't a big deal, and I appreciated their eagerness to get me rescheduled as soon as possible. During our email communication, I was made aware that 2 hours would not be enough time to complete everything I needed done, so I agreed to pay the additional hourly rate for every hour over 2 hours, and they told me to prioritize what I needed most for my cleaner to ensure I got the service I needed. Well - I asked that my kitchen and both bathrooms be deep cleaned as priority, and specifically asked that my oven be cleaned as I'm 38 weeks pregnant, so doing so myself isn't ideal. None of that happened. My oven nor my fridge were cleaned (which is advertised as a "deep clean" on their site), nor was my floors even swept (advertised as part of a "basic" clean on their site). My shower was left unclean. It basically took the maid 3 hours to wipe down my countertops and polish the outside of my stainless steel appliances. Thats all that was done. When I emailed the manager, Brittany Taylor, she apologized and excused the issues as "there isn't enough time in 2-3 hours to complete a deep clean" and offered to have someone else come at a discounted rate. I was already aware more than 2-3 hours was needed, which is why I agreed to the additional hourly rate and prioritized what I needed done most, at her request, to ensure services were completed. I declined an additional appointment, with an additional fee because I didn't even receive the BASIC cleaning I already paid for. Taylor Maid is a Groupon scam.don't waste your time or your money.

Do not use this company! Seems like a bargain but end up paying more to have someone else clean it. Will get rescheduled, arrive late and still leave as if they have been cleaning for the allotted time paid. Pet hair and dust was very visibly on wet floor which shows it was just quickly broomed. Do not recommend at all.

Been set up for a week! Confirmed twice and given the runaround since 5p-1113pm! She knew I had to move out and was doing a deep clean the night before I gave the keys. “Oh that would be perfect” and then boom “I have a flat two hours after she left and she was no more than 1 hr 11 min away. Then offered me earliest appt. Stopped responding again. Then said she was looking for the tow truck, yeah okay. Then since has not confirmed an appt for this morning. I saw my neighbor using them hence why I wanted to give them a try and seemed super nice and genuine. I love to help others with their business. But these hefers waste your time! Don’t book, run the other way. And look at all the other reviews. I’m mad at myself for not! So guess how much I’ll lose in my security deposit because I waited for them!

Surprisingly affordable, efficient, thorough and flexible. If you think a "cleaning service" equals fancy or rich, think again.

I bought a groupon and made an appointment. They cancelled the appointment the day of and I went ahead and rescheduled. The lady showed up for the second appointment but left after an hour. It was supposed to be a 6 hour deep clean. The company is not reliable and for the cleaning the lady did do in an hour was the worst I have ever seen. Such a hassle and not worth it! I got refunded back from Groupon, thank goodness because the company won’t do anything but ask if you want to reschedule. No thanks!
