Jonathan is the RIP of your ranch. What a great young employee. Full of heart and customer care. He makes the patrons feel warm and comfortable even if the first time rider feels insecure he guides us to safely mount and instruct us in the ride. We will definitely be back! What a great experience for my wife’s birthday weekend!

Our guide was super friendly and clear with instructions for people who had little to no riding experience. And they were super accommodating for last minute requests to ride! My sister in law is visiting from California and decided randomly she wanted to go horseback riding, after trying several places, this place let her book on short notice.

Wonderful ride today! We had Jonathan as our guide. He's funny and professional. We all felt safe with him and he even stopped so he could pick up a random baby shoe that fell off, a hat and my phone! We took 5 people plus 2 Littles. Our Littles were 2.5 yrs old and 1.5 years. Horses were very well behaved and we never had a problem (easy to control, no running/bolting off). They assigned us each a horse according to skill, one person of our group never rode and they started her off on a horse that was super sweet and was at her pace. Great place and we will be back!

I had the loveliest day. The wonderful people I surprised with the tour absolutely had a great time. The guide was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Kept everything together, relaxed, and a big reason of how it turned out so magical.

They have overnight boarding for horses, and were very accommodating with our last minute request when we unexpectedly decided to stop in El Paso. Stalls are large and clean, and covered. The family who runs the stable is incredibly warm and friendly, especially the young man who checked us in (Callahan?) We were able to hook up our horse trailer to electric, but it’s only a basic electrical outlet. There’s no water or sewer. But we made it work. It would be a relaxing place to spend a couple of days

These trail rides were amazing! Jonathan made it very fun and informational for the kids. We really recommend anyone to go here kids or to see the beautiful sunset. It is very affordable and easy to set up.

The sun hit our skin in just the right way as we followed our guide <3. She was very informative and friendly.will definitely be back. We did one hour. Another family joined behind in group.

We had an appointment scheduled for 10: 15 and got there about 15 minutes early. We asked somebody where the horseback riding was and someone said to go over to the barn because that's where the saddle up. We walked around for a good 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out. Kept trying to call the lady we scheduled the appointment went and had great communication with previously but it went straight to voicemail every time. We waited an hour for someone to show up for our 10: 15 appointment and no one ever did. We spoke to another worker and they said that it wasn't the first time they didn't show up for an appointment and informed us that their car wasn't even there. We finally left after waiting an hour. Very unprofessional. You posted the same generic response in another bad review. I do have the text confirmation with the same phone number that is listed with this business. You could have simply apologized for the incident instead of bashing me for y'all's mistake. It's amazing how you all had no trouble responding to the messages leading up to the appointment but the day of the appointment, no response to either messages or calls. Even your own people at the ranch said this wasn't the first time. I have the confirmation text messages and you can reach out to me and I'll glady show them to you. I have no reason to lie but I have every reason to voice my frustration of waiting over an hour for an appointment y'all confirmed with us. Your great customer service shows in your response to this review.

Carolina gave my daughter a riding lesson yesterday and it was an excellent experience. She was patient, super kind and knowledgeable. She taught her about all the different saddles, bits and ropes. She emphasized safety and showed my daughter proper brushing and how to walk around her horse safely. In the arena she showed her how to give the horse direction and the importance of talking to the horse much like you would talk to any other pet. She learned to trot, change direction and stop. We arrived about 20 minutes prior to our scheduled time and Carolina took the time to talk to us even before our lesson began. She proudly showed us the photos from when her and her Dad won the NRT World Competition in 2019. Carolina is a true gem and I can't say enough good things about Taylor Ranch, it is so clean and the animals are all well cared for and loved. We will be back for hopefully weekly lessons starting next Thursday.

Amazing place, I’m so glad I found it. My daughter (9), my niece (10), and I had a great time. Super friendly staff. My niece was scared but Claire made her feel super safe and made sure to guide her horse the entire ride. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back. Extremely kid friendly and horses and very very well trained!

Great Trailride experience, the whole family loved it. It has a great family atmosphere, beautiful horses. Everyone we talked to were great. We would 100% come again

What a awesome experience. Caroline was wonderful. Whole family very friendly. Was offered to wonder around and pet all the horse. Caroline is very knowledgeable about the history of the horse. Can't wait to go back.

The ride was great, our lead was very nice and everyone at the ranch. We will definitely come again! The whole family enjoyed it!
