Where do i start usually i dont like leaving reviews unless its good but for this location i had to express my feelings since i was treadted so poolry and unprofessional first by the manager if I remember her name right is Vinny if she had th chance she would have cused me out for asking about my paperwork so if they manager is this way what can I say about the employee and now let's go to the proccess so after 4 month of purchasing my wife's vehicle and I decided to go with TDECU the person responsible for the title by the name of Ola is as ignorant as th m come for his position he have no idea what was he doing or any clue of what the paper work needed for the title work and I had to keep calling and asking g and neve got any calls back and getting lied to and being blamed for them not reaching the original car owner or getting paperwork done saying I have to do thank God for the lady that helped us on th phone or w would be paying for a vehicle it was not in our name and unfortunately I won't be coming back or dealing with this branch at all because it needs an overhaul from top to bottom for helpful and knowledge people are needed.

The employees have no idea what they are doing. They couldn’t figure out how to process my payment or get me back into my locked online account. Waste of time. Just call the 800 number.

The customer service is horrible and apparently they need more training to be able to do the job.
I have a problem with my card and I went to them for help. The first person I met was the one on the front desk trying to help me. Another one came and offer to help instead. He asked me to wait and go back to his office and was coming back. And I was getting ready to go when another lady also jumped in asking what I needed. They explained her and she also go to her office and did like the previous one. So when I told the lady at the front desk I wanted to leave, she went to tell them, and the only thing they can say is “OK”. I’m pretty sure they even were happy that I left. Really disappointing. That’s not serious and I don’t think this is how it should be in a financial institution.

I'm a regular I guess, first name basis with Bilal. I just left and Andrea helped me and she was awesome. I love the service here, and how they make you feel like a member of the TDECU family. Keep hiring amazing people. Thanks again to Bilal and his team.

I called the 1-800 number yesterday and the agent told me to go to the branch to request for a new debit card. So I went to the location at West Road because it's closer to home. Ms. Chandrika was there to assist me. She was so accommodating. She issued a new debit card for me after she found out that my card is bad. She did an excellent customer service! Thank you, Ms. Chandrika and TDECU.

Never do business with them. I financed a rv with them and they did not tell me what I needed to have before it was financed. As this was the 2 mistake they done to me I am having to pay for it. DO NOT USE THEM. They do not know what they are doing and YOU have to pay for it. NEVER WILL I USE OR GO TO THEM FOR ANYTHING. I GIVE THEM A -0. THEY SUCK

Went to the location at West Road/Fry Road to open an account but was told that they only do business by appointments and kept the front door locked. This is a good sign of poor customer service. I’ve been researching multiple credit unions and this is the only company doing this.

My husband and I lobe to come here, everyone is so nice, and super patient with no Spanish speakers, they offer you a drink and work with all your necessities happy

I don't understand the other 1 star review? This Branch provided some of the best customer service I've ever experienced at any financial institution. I'm really glad I discovered this gem of a credit union, while banking with them over the last year, they have yet to charge me a single fee. Alex was just fantastic to work with, he had me in and out in a matter of minutes on a new loan. I could not endorse/recommend this credit union more. Chandraka was also very friendly. Go by this Branch and be amazed at what true customer service feels like

Although I have never been to the physical location, the customer service I received over the phone and internet is A+. Alex Peters provided the best customer service I have ever received from a bank. He worked with me to find the best options and saved me $$$$. I didn't have to go their physical location in the middle of a pandemic. And when I could not be on the phone, he patiently worked with me through emails. Thank you, TDECU! And thank you, Alex P.for the excellent customer service. You're a godsend!
