7 I am very disappointed with regional management and ownership of this business,
at ALL LOCATIONS.
We used to love the teas and the service, but both have definitely gone downhill tremendously.
Upper management does not run the stores effectively or treat their employees with respect.
Girls behind the counter gave nasty mean girl energy. Even my fiancé noticed that things were off and commented that they were rude.
Been before and people were nice. Went today and person working was rude and condescending when I asked questions. Though no one inside rushed me and was impolite answering my questions. Too many options to deal with poo customer service. So I left. Less like purchase there if I’m treated like that
I got the medium Bahama mama tea and it was really deliocious, but for $5.50 it was very over priced especially for a cup that was filled with ice. I barely got any tea.
Dangerous addiction! So many yummy drinks. I love getting the tea from the bar and my kids love their specialty drinks and get something different every time.
I have tried this one 3 times and asked and paid for a extra shot and hang gotten it, 82nd and Indiana aways gets it right. They are high prices so should be right when ordered
Yall's website is not very helpful what so ever, we need the prices asap. We cant try to buy anything or write about your website with out your prices! This is not OKAY! Please do better.
