Was helped by Brandon Goodwin and I really feel like he went above and beyond to help us and to get us to understand all aspects of financing and everything. All of the workers we encountered were so welcome and helpful. Will 100000% return in the future.

Brandon made my bike purchase so flawless. Parts people know wat they are doing. Finace people were extremely helpful. Had an answer to every question. Well defiantly reccommend all my friends.

On 29 December, I purchased my third MC from Mancuso (this time at the SW location) and again had the pleasure of working with Brandon Goodwin to negotiate and purchase a BMW R1200GS. Brandon worked with me to get a good trade-in and reasonable price for the new MC and provided an outstanding overview of R1200GS features and operation. If you come to buy something, you may receive good customer service. If you come to some type of maintenance in the workshop you will see the other side of the coin. I had a small accident on my jetski and I needed to see how much the repair would cost. Supposedly it would take 2 weeks for them to check it and it took more than two months, I had to make a lot of calls and my insurance also in addition to going in person to rush them.to later tell my insurance that they should pay more than 3k because they had had the jetski stored in their workshop.stay away from here

I found the bike I was looking for on their website so I went in and checked out the shop. Ended up buying my Ducati there and everything was perfect. Had no hassle and I couldn't have asked for a better dealership. Talk to Mars, she'll take care of you. I'll definitely be back for another bike.

I have been buying bikes from Brandon Goodwin since 2004. We never left a deal on the table. That is why I followed him when he moved to Mancuso Southwest. I purchased two bikes from him in just over a year and both times he went above and beyond to make the deal happen. If you are looking for a new/used bike hit Brandon up, he will take care of you.

Sales people don't approach you, was looking for bikes for 30 mins and store was empty but all the employees were more focused on talking to each other. Also was lied to from the staff, my fault for trusting them. But they do have a good selection of bikes.

I've never had a good experienced here. Trying to charge me for parts I didn't order, over price items, being hounded once I walk in the door to buy a motorcycle, had jump through hoops just to get my motorcycle inspected, too many egos, etc.the only reason I would go in there just to get some Yamaha parts because there's a closest dealer to where I work

They have the toys I want, and have a great staff to help me fuel my addiction for these toys. On a recent visit I was exploring the Vanderhall models. I appreciated the professional and accommodating customer service that I received. Very knowledgeable staff described the model lineup, pricing, and purchase options.

Went there 01/25/20 around 4: 30pm looking to get a raptor 700 they had in stock, i was there for about an hour and no salesman approached me, like if they weren’t interested in my business.
When ive actually purchased a atv from mancuso before!

I purchased 2 bikes from this location no problem. 2014 Ducati and 2015 Kawasaki. As a loyal customer I called if they provide any work for an ATV I have purchased from another location and they said they did NOT. So I asked if they can write that in an email so I can provide to the warranty company and I was turned a way by the manger who said he will call me back. Never received an email neither a call. Thanks for always being nice and fast to take my money but rude and unhelpful when needing help. I will never purchase anything from them again.
