Eddie, you lie but we understand. You were very aggresive that you wanted to sue us. It will cost a lot of money to sue anyone but we understand. I still have your medical results of tests that you left in the shop by accident, Go back to your doctor and seek medication.

I'm a brand new motorcyclist who was looking for my first used bike to start my experience and journey. A CBR500R is what I wanted no matter the year. Brian here at Team Scream had exactly what I was looking for, a very clean 2015 CBR500R. I had an excellent buying experience, he started the bike up, and rode it shortly while I was looking at it to show me it's in working condition. When I came to pick it up, Brian had me follow him for a short ride along so he could make sure I'm capable of making it home safely on my new bike. Very caring guy looking out for brand new riders. I purchased my bike on the 4th, I've ridden it over 250 miles now with no issues. I'll definitely be bringing this bike back here for maintenance when the time comes for that.

Came down with a 2011 Kawasaki ninja I bought on market place and asked for normal maintenance as well as mirrors installed and a new windscreen, he fixed it all up in less than a day and sent me on my way for a great price definitely will be the only shop I visit now.

Really friendly, knowledgeable owner. Never thought I'd find another independent shop like this again! True gem. Brian knows his stuff and actually cares.

Horrible experience, horrible customer service, will not be coming back. I came in on a Saturday and looked at a 2009 Cbr600rr but it was not ready, i was told I would get a call about the bike first thing once it was ready to go. I inquired multiple times about, no responses to my text and my emails. I show up to the dealership on a a Tuesday morning because he is closed on Monday’s with cash in hand right before opening and the bike was sold to someone else right in front of my face I also drove 1 hour just to see that happen like that. He told me he would call me first thing once he put a fairing on the bike and change the oil but what if I had not shown up to the dealership that morning? The bike would have just been sold and I would have never gotten a call from him. I just happened to take the initiative to come and that’s how it all unraveled. I still have not heard from this man Brian. That is absolutely ridiculous, If you actually like to feel like your cared for do not come here to this dealership.

Brian can fix whatever you're riding. If the pieces from challenger space shuttle were delivered to team scream a replacement wouldn't have been necessary.

I purchase VFR from Brian 20 year ago and its still like New. If you need a Motorcycle go and get you one. Tell him David Jones sent you.

I brought in my front forks for rebuilding and the good folks at Team Scream had them ready early next day. Fast and friendly service.

I will vouch for them always! Honest and straightforward. He helped me find a bike, after I got he did some upgrades. He’s honest and fair priced. He has become a friend. Go to him you won’t regret it.
Remember they are used bikes. If you want brand new be ready to spend $10,000 on a big boy bike.

I would highly recommend you seek a new place to purchase or have repairs done at this location. Please bring your own mechanic to test out the bikes they sell. Do not rely on good faith in the motorcycle they sell you.

Brian Graver, owner and his “mechanic” sold me a 2008 Honda cbr600rr. I went with them because they had great reviews and I drove all the way from San Antonio to get there. I was greeted by his wife and his mechanic. I had to wait a few hours for Brian to return in order to buy a bike. I found one that I did like and how they advertised it was “tires very good, runs perfect, body near perfect. All stock condition”. Only to find out soon after, that this wasn’t the case. A large bolt fell out of my foot shifter while driving in San Antonio a few weeks after purchasing the bike. That bolt was required for shifting as without it the shifter would just jiggle leaving the bike inoperable and I could not put the kick stand down. I took it into a local sports bike repair in San Antonio and the mechanic there gave me a list of issues with the bike. Front rotor was warped, steering lock was not functional, front radiator fan was seized as if been in an accident, fairings were aftermarket knock offs, rear tire was an old 10 year old tire, the place where the bolt fell out was completely stripped and a larger bolt was probably just forced in. I spoke to Brian about this via text and requested to return the bike because he misled me with his advertisement and swindled me. He refused. He called me up very unprofessional and angry about his wrong doing. Later after he cooled down he offered to fix the shift bolt. I drove all the way back up to Austin (Round Rock) after doing a sketchy repair to hold the shifter in place and he noticed all the issues in which he sold the bike to me. He fixed the radiator fan (it was completely seizes and the bike didn’t cool after reaching 220 degrees. Luckily, I didn’t ruin the motor), he replaced the rear tire, and he attempted to fix the shifter bolt. I was less than satisfied as I knew the bike still was not the bike I had been sold on nor the one advertised. Few weeks after the repair, the shifter bolt started having the same issue. He told me to just tighten it. I then became aggressive and advised I would be making a civil suit after this and he obliged to buy back the bike but not at the full amount I paid for it. On the way driving to deliver the bike back to him, the bike broke down and started leaking coolant and the bolt that had been having an issue completely fell out, so I could not rest the kickstand. I propped it against a wall and waited 3 hours stuck at a gas station for Brian to come and pick up the bike. Lost out on $900.

I implore you to take the bike to your tech prior to purchasing. DO NOT RELY ON GOOD FAITH THAT THESE BIKES ARE IN GOOD CONDITION.

Brian is the man! It’s scary buying a used anything even more so a motorcycle. He helped me and I felt his honesty not just listens to him. Thanks Brian and team scream. (my neighbors might not be happy haha!)

Oh man I love this place? Great selection of bikes and Brian really knows his stuff. Perfect place for a beginner to go and get his first bike!

I always ride 30 minutes to have Brian keep my bike in good shape. Fair prices and he always knows what he's doing. Great service.

Excellent service. They charge a good price, and they don't try to rip me off. In fact, they let me watch them fix my motorcycle just so I can learn to do it on my own. When I need a used OEM part, they usually have it. If they don't have it, they would order a new one for me and charge me under market rate for the part itself. If I destroy my fairings, and I don't want new ones, they would stitch it up and touch it up with paint like it was almost never destroyed to begin with. I'm a repeat customer, and I strongly recommend Team Scream.
