TeamLogic IT, Round Rock TX

I can not say much how much I have appreciated TeamLogic IT lately. We are a small Veterinary Practice and had multiple bad experience with our last IT company, for quiet some time actually. Greg and his crew came in like knights in shining armor and made my job and life so much easier. I am extremely knowledgeable about anything Veterinary Medicine, but I refer to myself as technically challenged. I mean, just a few years ago someone was talking about a flash drive and I kid you not I said "You mean like a floppy disk. " (Just for context) The great thing about Greg and his amazing staff is they spend time explaining how everything works in great detail. I have learned an extraordinary amount from them the last six months. I wouldn't say I am tech savvy, but I am getting there! With our new website design Greg reached out to our web designers and made sure I was getting training on website design for editing in the future. He did not have to do that whatsoever, but took it upon himself to make sure we were taken care of. Joseph, or "The ghost of Dogwood" as I call him (since he logs in remotely to computers, and I sometimes forget to mention it to my team.they think its a ghost) always lends an ear and helping hand when I have any questions or concerns. He is great! Josh and Christian are also very personable. We are so beyond happy that we changed IT services, TeamLogic IT definitely knows what good communication and customer service is. I highly recommend them!

We are a long-time client of TeamLogicIT. Greg and his team are wonderful to work with. They quickly respond to our service requests. I really enjoy our monthly recap meeting where Greg covers the service they have provided us and plans for upcoming service activities. These meetings help me understand status of my network and computers. I'm very happy with them.

TeamLogic IT has been able to keep up with our many changes as a result of growth, even offering solutions that we had not previously entertained. Great customer service as well by each of the staff. Great local business, would definitely recommend!
