Teapioca Lounge reviews
17Amazing service! I have a severe stutter that makes it hard for me to get my words out quickly. An employee by the name of Sierra was so patient with me and helped a great deal. I did not feel rushed or judged whatsoever. The drinks were also amazing! Very clean and friendly environment, will return!
I went in at around 8: 30 pm and I understand it’s a little late but there was no one to greet us. The store was empty. It was a little eerie and disappointing.
Teapioca is one of my favorite boba chains. When in the Metroplex I try to stop at this store at least once. I tend to get the same thing - pure matcha tea, unsweet, with cubed ice, aloe, and basil seeds. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well kept. Great experience every time.
Ordered Thai tea with boba since they don’t have burnt brown sugar boba tea.
I asked for 25% sugar level but tastes like no sugar added.
The boba I ordered was absolutely terrible! The small boba was chunky and they stuck together. The drink seemed like it had water in it too.
This place was awesome, I go to this bubble tea store every time I get the chance. Most of the time my mom doesn’t let me have sugar but when she lets me I drive to this shop to get some bubble tea.
You might probably remember me from ordering these drinks each time I get the chance to go there
1 cream black blastea with yogurt bursters no ice
1 vanilla chai with lychee bursters no ice
Ye you probably know I lied about me driving here
So many choices. Turmeric boba, brown sugar boba. I tried the boba madness and it was good
Avoid this place at all costs. The owner “Kevin” was interacting with a young female employee during my visit. He was not concerned in the least with the customers who were present nor was he reserved with his conversation with the young lady. To say his comments were demeaning is an understatement. His approach was completely unprofessional and harassing.
Consistently good service and boba tea. The owner and staff at this location are so friendly! This is our go-to boba tea spot for the Colony area. The large size drink is HUGE! We love the Thai tea! They have a great seating area inside with tables and games you can play while you socialize. Order your drinks online ahead of time to skip the line.
The green tea taste amazing and strong which I love it, also the taro pudding is just bussinnn
Spoke with management, they apologized for the quality of the drinks and made it right. Thank you
Manager was very knowledgeable about his product. Made my day after having the worst service at Portillo. Shows you don't need a big fancy restaurant chain to get good service.
I get boba every Friday Saturday and Sunday for the past almost two years from this place and I love them! As staff come and go the drinks remain consistently good everytime! This is my fav boba place! You guys are doing great and the owner is very hands on you might see him making your drink or chopping fruit or even cooking boba! He is great and has wonderful staff!
We went when it wasn’t busy so we thought it would be a good time to try. As we approach the counter the high schooler behind the counter was laughing and had her head somewhere else. She kept looking at us and laughing until she finally asked for our order. My fiancé asked for an M&M smoothie and they were too busy chit chatting that they gave us an Oreo one. We decided to still give it a try though. I ordered a taro with tapioca. Unfortunately, the flavor for both drinks just wasn’t there.
First time here and we ordered the mango shaved ice with fresh mango. It did not taste like mango at all. On top of that the mango looked like it’s been out for a REALLY long time. They didn’t even asked if we wanted take out or dine in. It was not busy when we went. I would not recommend. Just drive down the street to Carrollton.
Friendly service. I order the brown sugar tea with tapioca boba. They were out of regular size Boba and only had the minis so I had those. We also ordered a smoothie. Both drinks were fine and enjoyed just not our favorites. They seem to have a wide selection and the place has a great vibe and I’m sure there is something for everyone and we should try something else. I noticed the have Taiwanese shaved ice. I did not get to try it but it looks yummy! I’d say it’s worth checking it out if you are in the area.
